Long live the King. Crown Burgers is one of the best burger places Ive need to. Yes I came here because of Man vs. Food, but Mr. Richman does not lie. Unfortunately on this work trip I was unable to get away to the SLC location where it was filmed at, Im told this one will do just fine. These burgers are large, almost enormous, they arent as greasy as Id expected, but probably because at home Ive done everything from 60/40 to 98/2. If youve ever been to Crazee Burger in San Diego they offer pastrami as a side which Ive been putting on the Tatanka for years, long before Adam went here on MvF so its very cool to see the same idea be realized by completely separate people. I went with the Crown Burger and fries with a ton of fry sauce and it was amazing, the spices work so well with the paprika of the pastrami and the sweetness of the relish compliments the tang of the ketchup. I split that and a gyro with a co-worker to really get a feeling for the Greek based menu. The gryo meat was lean and I could almost taste fennel/anise, which you dont normally get that really popped when combined with the tzatziki sauce and even the fry sauce. Ive been to almost every major burger spot in CA and quite a few in the Tri-state area and Texas and this is one of the best.

There were 2 female employees just socializing right in the center of the counter next to the register. And the girl working the drive through was sending Snapchats in full view of indoor customers. The for wasnt bad but was very expensive. There was a vent right above the grill covered in grease and dust most likely but looked a lot like mold.... This was my first time visiting but I dont intend on coming back any time soon.

Based on the other reviews, I thought this place would be top notch; however, I got a sloppily thrown together burger that frankly was worse than McDonalds, and the onion rings were super greasy (my hand was literally covered in grease after eating just one). Overall, the taste of the food wasnt that great, but it was fairly priced and quick after ordering. Still, I wouldnt come back.

I drove by this place several times and it smelled so wonderful that I talked my husband into trying it out. The service was good and the food came out fast, but it was only mediocre quality. I felt like I could have made something similar at home. But they do have a very wide variety, so maybe Ill try it again and get something other than the cheeseburger or chicken sandwich.

Great food but horrible service. Waited in drive thru about 20 min before been asked to pull over and park totaling over 30min for a greek salad! I feel like this place is run by teens. When I went in to ask how much longer for my salad manager did not even make eye contact when cashier told him what was happening. Will not go back to this location.

If you love burgers and pastrami then you gotta go to Crown. I love the Crown burger(burger topped with pastrami), also their gyros, steak sandwiches and salads are good(full salad is huge). Fries are one size but are plenty and onion rings come in small or large very good. Fry sauce is on point and kept chilled.

Oh my gosh I love to cheat my diet and just eat up here! The flavor of the Crown Burger is second to none! Its been shown on the television show Man vs. Food. A must try for anyone not living in Utah. A myriad of Greek food as well. Lots of competition. Only one location is king and that is Crown!

Food was great, service way OKAY at best. I went through drive through and ordered 2 burgers. When I got home there was only 1 in the bag. When I called, the gentlemen who answered was not friendly or empathetic to my situation... He actually made me feel like it was my fault.

Awful. Got our order wrong, and since it was 10 and they were technically "closed" they did nothing to fix the problem they created. The girls that helped us were very rude and pulled an attitude with me. Very rude, very poor service. Not going back to this location ever again

Always a classic! Being that I have fond memories of going to Crown Burger as a kid, its easy for me to rate them well. The service is fine for the limited interaction you have with them and the food, while not mind blowing, is a great alternative to the usual fast food.

Crown Burgers menu is very diverse: burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, salads, Greek food, shakes, floats and more. Love the fact that there are plenty of options. Service is quick. The fry sauce is really the best anywhere. It is so good with the onion rings..

I dont usually go here because its a bit pricey (compared to places like In-n-Out. However, their burgers are really good. I recently got the Crown Burger and it was fantastic. I went through the drive through so I cant comment about what it is like inside.

Fry Sauce!!! They have the best fries, and all the fry sauce you want. I prefher the cheeseburger, but every now and then I will go for a Crown Burger (Pastrami on top of a hamburger). They have several different options other than hamburgers too.

Ive only been here a couple of times. I found the food to be satisfactory, but not overly impressive. The cost seems excessive to me though. The reason I dont come here more often is strictly because I dont think its worth it.

This place is great staff is friendly, foods always on point. Its nice knowing that your eating in a clean place. Even the restrooms are spotless clean. I defiantly recommend this burger joint by far the best in layton

A bit expensive, busy times mean a wait time, but the food is terrific! Gyros and burgers fresh and delicious. Corn dogs are top notch as well. Corner of Main St and Antelope in Layton, UT

For the amount of money I paid, the food SUCKED!!!!!! Pregnant woman craving onion rings, TOTAL let down!!!!!!!!! Some of the worst onion rings Ive ever had!!!! Food also made me sick!!

The hamburgers were delicious. My husband tried the mushroom Swiss burger and I had the Crown. The place was pleasant and very clean. Will definitely come back when were in the area

Nice atmosphere. I love looking around at the building while I eat. It is very unique. I always get a crown burger with onion rings its something you must try if you visit Utah.
