Food was good but restaurant was a disaster to the point where there was only 4 clean booths and they were all full. Trash everywhere, really gross looking. So we find a seat at the only clean booth and I see a girl come out of the back looking like she was going to clean something. She cleaned one table then started talking to another employee that was taking her break then walks to the back again. The manager is in the back and didnt lift a finger to help make sure the place was cleab. Then Luis I think his badge said came out and cleaned every table about 10 min after we first sat down. Customers where trying to get ketchup out of a dispenser that was empty and looking towards the kitchen to see if anyone would do anything but nope. I have worked in many restaurants and if one that i managed looked like this someone would not be working therw anymore. Kinda gross walking into a restaurant like that.

Overall good. I always liked Fuddruckers. Most of all I like their rare foods, like buffalo or elk burgers. They have the newer multi choice soda machine and that is great too. They keep the place nice and clean. The only things that are less positive is their price that is in my opinion about 10% to 15% overpriced and also occasionally some of their clients are some huff and puff jester types that are preoccupied by some totally ridiculous self importance illusions which in turn makes the overall experience somewhat less pleasant. And of course the latter is not Fuddruckers fault and I dont know if or how they could eliminate that problem

Always fast service, Ive never had an incorrect order and the menu includes some unexpected gems like elk and bison burgers. The ingredients are always fresh - the topping bar (onions, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, cheese sauce, etc) is well kept and clean. If you want a good burger that you can customize then this is the place to go. Prices are a little higher than I would expect with the business offering complete self service, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. These are prices I would expect to see where there is a server rather than walk-up ordering and walk-up food pickup when the order is complete.

Id like to give Fudds more stars, but the price keeps going up and up and up, and the burger quality keeps falling a little flat. Nobody whos ever had more than a couple 2/3rds burgers there hasnt gotten one that was over or undercooked there, and the condiment bar keeps getting skimpier and skimpier so they can steer you to $2 cheese and mushrooms when you order. Food is a fine 4-stars, especially if you just want to drown fries in cheese sauce, but the price makes it firmly a three - and their catalina coupons expire too quickly to ever be useful.

Passable. Place has managed to survive and remain open despite the recent wave of new burger places. Food is stiil good, although sizes seem to be getting smaller. Ordering in line still sucks, but once you get your burger, the add-ons are fantastic, appear to be fresh every day and are constantly replenished. The melted cheeses remain outstanding and the fries here have always been top notch. Rarely see lines here and I recommend only because with so many closing, this may be your last chance. A nice remeberance of the 80s .....

Used to be a good place it started with our order taker Manuela in which she doesnt speak Spanish oddly enough we made our order she forgot to add a milkshake for my grandfather instead of fixing the issue she went on arguing on how we asked for 2 and she charged us for 2 Im sorry but for a food business is important to get the orders right specially small chains of restaurants like this. Very disappointed on this place

Love Fuddruckers! If you join their club you can almost always get a buy one get one free meal. They are usually very busy at lunch and dinner but are generally slow the rest of the time. Always clean even at the toppings bar which is great to see. The cook the burger for you and then you add whatever you want from the toppings bar. It is one of my favorite burger places.

Consistently delicious with every visit. The fresh buns are the best in the business ..the seasoned wedge fries are great..but this is one of the last places in AZ that actually uses decent meat...Im from the midwest and the meat we get here in Arizona is CRAP..even at the grocery store. Im convinced they have to go out of their way to get it..and it is appreciated.

Ive been going to Fuddruckers since I was a kid. The buns are fresh and slightly sweet, the burgers are made to order, and the toppings bar is full of fresh veggies and two kinds of cheese. I tried one of their new exotic burgers; the elk burger was deliciously smoky. Their fries are large potato wedges seasoned to perfection. Im going back for lunch today!

This is a special treat kind of place. Its also one of the few Fuddruckers left; its the only one I know of in central AZ. Its pricy, but they offer a great selection of burgers. I had the burbon burger, and it was awesome. The onion rings were good, and the toppings and condiments are always fresh. Dont forget the shake!

Always delicious. A little pricey for a burger and fries, but it is a lot of food. The fries are great too but I wish they had an endless fries option like their competitor Red Robin. All things told, the food is consistently great and the service is always good. Never had a bad experience.

Great food, liked that you got to choose the what toppings and the amount you wanted, there was a lot of different sauces, and my favorite was the Coca-Cola machine that lets you choose a variety of different soda, water and flavored water. I got a 1/2lb mushroom burger and it was so tasty

Its a very clean organized place.I would like to see the younger girls that have longer hair wear a hair net.after all it is a restaurant.they are around food. Great place.great for every age group. I would recommend this place to all...they have large portions. Great for take home.

Kids eat for a buck on Monday. So, if you dont want to be around kids, dont go on Monday. My kids LOVE this place. I always build my own burger as they have a ton of good stuff to put on them. Tomatoes, peppers, jalapeños, pickles, Jalapeño cheese and more. SO good.

Great lunch stop on my way to Mexico from California. Its my first time eating here and I remember reading a review of how good was the burgers. I really enjoyed the bbq one! My family also enjoyed it! I will plan on stopping by when i go on vacation once more!

The food is pretty good. Sometimes they take a long time to finish making it, but the quality is pretty good. If you havent eaten at a Fuddruckers, then Id say it is in your best interest to try it. Just be ware of how much the meal costs.

What I like about this place is that you can customize your sandwiches without having to ask somebody to do it. Their burgers are consistently good, and I love their bison/turkey/boar options. Great for families and large groups.
