I walked into this place around one the other day. I have eaten there many times and its great. When I walked in the other day a tall skinny server asked me what I would like. I asked, " I would like a cold beer, a glass of water and I will order food after that" She replied, " We aint got no beer, git your own water, what do you want to eat." Mind you it was not busy as its 1pm. I think I was in shock I have never been told to get my own water. Especially since this place is expensive. I find successful restaurants take the eye off the ball when they allow their service to be sub standard. I got up and left. I doubt I will return.

Nice atmosphere and good food. Usually go to this place for lunch and I have not yet been disappointed. Food is tasty and the restaurant is quite large to host several people easily. They have large group tables and food comes out fairly quickly. They do have a small parking lot and during busy hours can be a bit difficult to find a spot and may end up having to park on the street. However, it is not a busy road so there is very little traffic around the area.

Good service, be careful the drinks seemed complimentary but they are not. The meats are very dry and tough, so you will need that drink. Overall food was nothing special. For those of you that like this style of BBQ... Eat up! If you like juicy and flavorful BBQ, I suggest going to Little Miss BBQ. It is worth the 5 min drive and wait in line. Plus they serenade you in delicious aromas of smokey BBQ while you wait.

Absolutely the worst burger Ive ever had!!! Burger was half the size of the bun and was as dry as a chalk board eraser. Asked for cheese on the 36th Street Burger (no cheese on it) paid an extra $2.00 for bacon that was shriveled and looked like it had been sitting for days before they used it.Seasoned fries were ice cold and soggy. Only thing I ate was the pickle. Never Again

EXPENSIVE!!! But it seems to me like most barbecue places here in AZ are. Either way, portions are pretty good. Ive asked for a few extra french fries once before (VERY small amount in my to-go meal at first), and they let me have them with no extra charge. The food IS good though. I love the spicy BBQ sauce. They also cater (ALSO expensive, but great food!).

This is some good BBQ! Try the triple slider meal with extra crispy fries. They have a new drink machine there that offers hundreds of combos. The bummer is there is only one line to get cup, straw, and fill your drink (water and soda). They need another machine or at least a separate water dispenser. People take their sweet time mixing.

There really isnt anything that is bad here, although I can say that I have never had their fish tacos... just something wrong about ordering fish tacos at a BBQ place. Q-Spud with Meat is awesome. Dunno what to get, get the sampler! Only negative is that sometimes the place gets PACKED. Friday lunchtime can mean a 30 min wait.

This is the BEST BARBECUE Ive tasted in Phoenix (in a restaurant that I didnt cook) since Ive lived here. I have no complaints at all!!! The flavor is amazing, the portion size is perfect and the customer service is excellent.

In an industrial part of town, thought we were lost, so stick it out because it is totally worth it! Everything was delicious and service was relatively quick. You wont be disappointed.
