If I could give negative star I would. I tried to place an order online as they want you to do but it said they were out of bread bowls. I called and the first girl said "oh, then they must be out". After hanging up I thought about that and really, you are out of bread bowls by 10 am?!? I called back and was transferred to a manager. The manager said its a glitch and call back to the first number, because apparently they dont know how to transfer a phone call. He said to tell them to call him if they have a problem overriding the glitch. I called back and got another employee. He said he couldnt help me because the system says sold out. I said manager Drew said to call him and this employee said he doesnt even know a manager by that name. After being on the phone 40 minutes this guy comes back on and says he has it figured out and Drew said he would eat the cost of the bread bowls ($1.98) but I would have to order something else to get to the $5 min charge. The cheapest thing on the menu, besides the bread bowl, is $4.50. So to get my order, I cant just order the $1.98 bread bowls, because they dont exist on this system, I have to order $5 cookies to get delivery. I told them I will just get it from Corner Bakery. He said fine and hung up. I called Corner Bakery and asked if I can purchase an empty bread bowl. The young lady didnt know and said she would check. Came back on the phone and said yes. Placed my order in less than 2 minutes. I will NEVER go back to Panera. Very poor customer service!

Soups are amazing at this location. My boyfriend and I just had a flatbread sandwich there though and it tore both of our stomachs up. It was the Thai chicken one. They add a vinaigrette to the sandwich..if you’re not aware, too much vinegar is bad for a person’s stomach. You can google it. Needless to say, we both had to rush home and had diarrhea. I don’t know if it’s like this at all locations or just the one in Kenosha, WI, but they should work on the ingredients and do some research before causing people to get sick. My boyfriend has a more sensitive stomach whereas mine is pretty tough..I normally don’t get sick very easily. This is horrible that anybody could go eat a sandwich and have the rest of the days plans messed up because of bad judgment calls on portions. But like I said before, soup is amazing. We had the cheddar broccoli soup, I recommend if you haven’t already tried it.

Ordered a $30 catering order several days in advance. Picked it up, got to the meeting I was hosting and discovered the cream cheese was not included as ordered. I called and asked to have it delivered to the meeting site which was 10 mins from the store since the meeting was starting and I couldnt leave. After a long time on hold I was told they were "too busy and too short-handed" to fix their error. Yes, I was expected to serve the participants a dozen dry bagels. I understand mistakes can occur. I cant understand the refusal to rectify the error when given an opportunity. Never again Panera.

Two of the last three times I visited this restaurant they were out of bread! Both at dinner time so you would think they would have stock and if not, Panera BREAD should close! And today, not only were they out of bread but didnt have all the ingredients to make my green passion smoothie. Of course this is all relayed after you place your order and pay for it. No apologies even. Poorly managed restaurant. Will think twice before visiting, or at least call ahead to see what items are left from the menu

Clean, and very fast/prompt service. The online ordering is a very nice feature. Customer service is above par. Im not a fan of the prices --theyre a bit much for what you get. I would also like to see more bagel sandwiches, comparable to an Einstein variety, like a turkey bagel sandwich. But they have many, many items that Einstein does not have, so thats a win for them. Overall, you cant go wrong here, whether you want a sandwich, salad, or soup. Also, their bread loaves are to die for!

Its Panera Bread so its good for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This particular location is very clean and has lots of seating. Parking however can be a serious issue since it shares a small strip mall with four stores. Drive-thru is generally slow, but works when theres no parking. This store recently installed ordering kiosks inside...theres a learning curve to navigating the menu. So it seems inefficient the first time around. I have tried it again. 1st impressions n all...

Not the first time I felt as if the person taking window orders, didnt know what they were doing....they placed my order for the wrong sandwich...didnt ask if I wanted bread or chips, just packed bread. On another visit I was interested in trying the grapefruit soda but was told they didnt even carry it...however its still on the menu! Staffing just seems to need some additional training on attention to detail in a few areas

Panera Bread is a chain, serving chain food, at chain prices, and always had the same chain design to everything. Now that the expectation for this place has been set, I can confidently state that the staff is kind and helpful (albeit untrained), the food is solid and delicious, and the design of the place is great to bring the family to for a dinner, or a great place to stop in to get a little work done.

Nice Panera - Friendly and very fast service. Manager is great with food allergies - I have a nut allergy and manager made food preparing staff aware, changed gloves, and was very cautious with the food preparation. One thing to note, if you are going to take your work/school to work on, there are not a lot of outlets for the computers or chargers.

Love this place! The food is great and so are the staff. I often go to grab a snack and focus on homework. No one bothers you even if you stay for hours. Free wifi and a few different spots with outlets. My go to study spot. Plus the strawberry banana smoothie and any of the baked goods are top notch! And lots of veg options!

Panera Bread is comparable to a Starbucks atmosphere for coffee but they specialize in a very awesome bakery selection that is on the healthy unique side. Excellent breakfast quiche. They set out samples with spreds and they are known for very nice sandwiches like Quiznos including panini and soups like those at Caleo.

OK who doesnt like Panera soups? But what I dont like is there elevated pricing. Two sandwiches and soup for $28 after tax? Insanity! And the drive thru? Every phone in order "it will be twenty minutes." At that rate the third person in line would be waiting an hour.

I placed an order using Paneras app, and the process worked flawlessly. Our food was fresh, piping hot, ready on time, and I was able to skip the line. Busy location, so the parking lot during lunch can sometimes be very full.
