My rating is mostly based off of customer service (or lack of) even though my simple coffee order has been messed up more than once at this location. The girl that "helped" me this morning must really be having a bad day since she only spoke to me when she had no other option. She didnt say hello, after I gave my order (that she messed up) she didnt even acknowledge that I gave, she obviously couldnt wait to turn around and continue talking badly about some customer that "disgusted" her. Next time Im just going to 7-11, at least the coffee tastes better, costs less, its faster and I will be treated like a paying customer and wont have to listen to unprofessional drama. Not that it should matter but Ive noticed it does at most drive up coffee stands, Im a 28 year old female. ✌️

Left here about 10 minutes ago. TERRIBLE service. Sat in line about 25minutes because every car was at the window nearly 10. We ordered 3 drinks and it took 8 minutes to make them (most places get us in and out in 4). The blonde had no smile and didnt listen then when we told her our order. When we told her she made a mistake on the drinks the response was "oh OK." And a blank stare. After about 20 seconds she offered to remake the drink and by that time it was apparent it was pointless. The coffee is burnt on top of it. Will NEVER waste our time or money here again. PS. We just went to a store and commented about how they were faster than the coffee stand down the street and they instantly knew who we were referring to. Theres clearly an issue with the speed of service.

In my experience the girls at this location are very slow, indifferent toward customers, and the drinks are rarely up to par. After waiting AT LEAST 10 min today, I was FINALLY able to get up and order my drink. First she didnt have the supplies for what I wanted, but all good... I just ordered something else. THEN when I received the drink she didnt put the lid on all the way so it spilled all over me. THEN when after the first couple sips all the actual coffee was gone and all that was left was a watered down ice slushy. So if you want to pay $5 for 90% ice 10% coffee be my guest. I also think its weird that this is one of the only coffee stands that doesnt reward loyal customers by using stamp cards. Even Starbucks has a loyalty program. Weird. . .

I would give this more stars because I love their coffee, but the waiting in line is ridiculous. You watch one girl putz around and finally take your money while the other is trying to make drinks and talks with every customer she has at the other window. And they leave your drink sitting there on the counter while they chat. Its poor business. Great coffee. But sometimes just not wor th it

This is by far the worst location Big Foot has. I spent 15 minutes in line with only one car ahead. I ordered a blended 32 oz non-fat sugar free almond latte. I had to repeat the order three times. It tasted like crap. Ordered a choc chip cookie for my daughter and tasted it. Not great. Avoid this location and the cookies. This crew should shadow the Harvey Road ladies!!

LOVE the coffee here!!!! I travel a LOT for work, and I wish I could pack one of these up and bring with me where and when ever I go. Their white coffee in the mythical mocha is TO DIE FOR!!!! They offer it iced, blended, hot, and even non caffeinated options, and the BEST part is that they are open 24/7 ! It really helps out working night shift at the hospital.

The girls here are all very friendly and nice when I stop by for a Coffee and they have a great variety of different drinks I love Gere red bull drinks and there muffins the only thing is it gets full the line tends to get pretty big so you may be waiting for Jayne 5-10 mins to be next

This is one of favorite places to stop daily . This location in particular has gone down hill in the past month. Ive had to find the next nearest three times to have a drink remade. The girls have a great attitude about remaking my simple blueberry red bull with cream .

It took the barista 10 minutes for a one drink debit transaction, and that was after sitting and chatting with the car before me for 5 minutes after she was done with their transaction (I timed it). Go faster and I will give you more stars and probably a better tip.

Cups are filled under where it should be. Order is constantly wrong. Rude attitudes and looks if no tip is given, even though the order was screwed. Left Starbucks because they started slacking, but now going back. Big foot java Baristas need more training.

Ordered a strawberry pineapple redbull and they put less strawberry than pineapple. It was good, but I never have this problem with any other big foot java locations! would go again though!
