I went here with high expectations because of the reviews. My friend and I were dining and she is pregnant so when a booth became available we asked if we could move to the booth. Then, the previous waiter came to my table raised his voice with me TELLING me that next time I need to tell the waiter that I moved tables. That was completely embarrassing and humiliating and after that they started slamming the plates on our table and not refilling are drinks or checking on our table whatsoever. So I asked for a manager and told him about the bad experience I was having and he began to argue and makes excuses instead of simply apologizing. So its sad when you think a manager can make an experience better and they make it worse. I myself am a manager and my goal is for everyone to leave happy. I am not happy with this place. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

I came here late at night, expecting to get maybe one or two orders in before they closed. Not only was I able to put in five or six separate orders, the staff was able to get my orders down perfectly without writing them down. I ordered a mix of appetizers, sushi, sashimi, and hibachi, and I dont think anything took more than 3 or four minutes to arrive at my table. This was the first time that I was unable to finish my soup before the first plate was delivered. The quality of the food does lag somewhat, especially the rather flat scallion pancakes, but nothing was particularly bad and I was easily able to find some great rolls, like the mango white tuna.

We traveled here to see family, and my boyfriend does NOT do sushi (I have been trying to get him to eat sushi for years). A family member took us here, he loved it. Their beef chow fun was a delite, everything was made order and fresh. Definetly worth the $25 price tag for their all you can eat dinner buffet. However, you can pay to just get a couple rolls, as well if you dont wanna the all you can eat. Just make sure you eat what you get bc they charge you if you dont eat all of it (This is for the all you can eat price). We would of rated this 10 stars, but 5 is the most it allows.

I had the same horrible experience as others. The owner, Ben, is rude and not very bright. One waitress said I could get one thing, then the sushi chef said no. Literally said no I cant have tuna instead of salmon which was fishy tasting. Instead of just switching it out the owner argued and told me everyone else likes his fish. I paid in full and left without eating the rest of my meal. I was frustrated at the time, but 20 minutes later when I felt sick I realized I made the right move not eating raw fish that smelled bad. This is a place to avoid.

Been here 10+ times and each time the service is bad. Its all you can eat but when they feel youve had enough they stop coming to your table. They also will forget your order. Countless times I order the same 3 rolls and hibachi steak which is great but they will always forget something. A roll or the steak or just bring one roll. The price is the reason for continued returns here but if it doesnt get better were just going to find a new place for sushi night!

Ginza is probably one of my new favorite sushi restaurants. They have a very large selection to chose from, and the ambiance has a nice modern look. They serve other things, such as hibachi and pad Thai, which are available in the all-you-can-eat price of $20-25 or $15 if a child is 14 or younger. The service is amazing, and I get my orders in a matter of minutes. The staff is always quite kind as well. Thank you.

My first time at Ginza. Everyone has raved about this place. Well nothing to really rave about glasses for beer were hot! Food was not that great, and the restroom was GROSS! However what made up for a very very bad experience was our waitress. Jennifer was very friendly and smiling the whole entire time. But I dont think Ill be wasting my time and money on this crappy food again and hot glasses again.

What can I say? For $14 you can get an all you can eat lunch that includes appetizers, regular oriental food and SUSHI! And for lunch, at $25 the menu gets even bigger and includes sashimi. All the rolls are great as well and you have to try both the Ginza roll and whatever special roll they have that day. Locals love this place and we go at least once a week. Say hi to the server Jason. Hes top notch!

Ive been here twice. The food is fresh and made to order. All you can eat lunch, including sushi, for $14.99 cant be beat. They have something for everyone including the kids. Sometimes the service can be slow but every server will chip in. The food definitely out weighs the service issue. This is not a buffet ... But all you can eat.

I love love love this place!! Dont listen to the review about bad service thats probably one of those Sarasota snobby assmuchers. I mean your getting unlimited sushi for 13$ and its quality! What do you expect! Some white glove service? No but you get good service and thats all you need the place is the best lunch spot in town for sushi.

Not impressed. Sushi was so-so. Being located in a very busy part of town I would have imagined the quality to be a little higher. Make sure that you know, if you do the all you can eat the rolls are much smaller and much different then the standard menu. Not a fan. I will only return if Im asked by a friend or coworker.

Food was great, prices were higher than some other all you can eat Chinese places I have been. If you dont eat everything on your plate they charge you extra. They did not bring out what I ordered more than once. Everything is cooked fresh it is not a buffet table where you can get what you want immediately.

This is my 5th time here since they opened. The quality is consistent every time. We had an issue with one of two egg rolls still slightly cold in the middle, three separate people apologized for the mistake of a cook in training. I recommend this place if you want buffet but everything is cooked to order.
