IF YOU ORDER ONLINE MAKE IT 20-30 MINUTES IN ADVANCE. Food is good and staff are alright they could do better, drive-thru service and online ordering pick up inside is bad. They take a long time to give you the food and when you order online pick-up takes a long time as well. They need to speed up the service and/or get more workers in order to keep up with the long lines of cars waiting to get food.

Just save yourself the frustration, they NEVER have anything ready, staff is immature and thinks its hilarious while your dumbass is waiting and they are talking their asses off, they need to get a good manager and get ahold of this store it is giving panda a bad name, I love panda express but not this one, keep thinking next time I go in will have magically changed, NOPE still sux,

This place has delicious food, but holy Moses. EVERY time I come here they never have chicken terriyaki. And it screws everything up. Sure I dont mind waiting for them to make it, but I have had this happen multiple times where they FORGET that Im waiting. Try making more maybe? I mean Jesus. Such a simple fix and EVERY time its the same issue.

Food is good. The teas are ok. Sometimes you get a cheerful cashier. The cooks and the servers are pathetically SLOW!!!! And not a smile or a greet!! Specially in the drive through. The inside is clean and the restrooms are clean. Its the servers that need to work on customer service!!

Spent 15 minutes in line while they only had 2 cars in the drive through. Ordered riceforcibly since they didnt have any chow mein. Ordered broccoli beef and got the cold leftovers they had sitting in the display. Ive been here before a few times and never had this bad of an experience.

Order took forever, only 3 employees including the drive thru, oh and crickets...? Yeah, I guess thats better than roaches. Which made me wonder if that was why mine and my kids stomach hurt about an hour after we ate there. Straight to the Pepto, no joke. I

They open later than the time posted,and when they open they still have to prepare the food,other Panda xpress they open right at the time posted and they have all the food ready to be served,they need better management.

NEVER go through the drive through. You will wait 20+ minutes for just for 2 plates. Tables are dirty every time I walk in, food portions and flavor is inconsistent as well. You spend less time and money going next door.

Good food and service is fast and sometimes friendly. Some of their main dishes always have a wait to get served but if you are not in a hurry. Drive thru usually takes a bit longer.

First off very clean. This place has a good variety off food with your two types of fried rice or noodles for sides. You get service fairly quick and servings are plentiful.
