Eat here often being a local. For Minturn they have the best burgers, pizzas and most excellent cobb salad. I know I know, Cobb salad at a bar/restaurant, its fricken delicious. Dont think of this as bar food because its way better than that. The service and the staff are great! Always friendly and the atmosphere is upbeat and happy. Kristin, one of the bar tenders is always smiling and the owner Eric is usually on site and will go out of his way to accommodate most any need. You know its gonna be good when the owner is always around making sure food comes consistent every time. If you get something you like you can expect it to come out the same way every time and IMO thats important. If youre in Minturn for a drink or eats, dont pass up a chance to eat the best food in town!!

Saying that Magustos serves bar food is to woeful underrate the quality and taste of their dishes. The numerous dishes are brought to your table or served up at the bar reasonably fast. The portions are titantic insize and nothing is ever undercooked or unpleasant to look at. I recommend the Pesto Burger and Margherita pizza whole-heartedly. And beer by the pitcher is cheap!

So glad we stopped in here! Food was great (hummus was delicious, loved the pesto on top) and atmosphere was perfect. Low-key place with an extensive menu (not just Italian), a fun bar, and plenty of games for kids! Waitress/bartender was super friendly, despite being totally swamped she had a smile on her face the whole time and took good care of us, kudos to her!

Very nice. A cool rustic style place. Food was great and the server was funny and made my friends comfortable, plus was considerate of my friend who had mouth surgery to explain what foods she can eat. Always checked on us, and very cool person. I would definitely come back again.

They poured a strong scotch and the service was great. I only had the apps but the chicken wings and potato skins were great. They have a pool table and plenty of screens to watch sports or whatever. Dont hesitate to grab a drink if you are in the area.

We visited Minturn for the first time on a family trip. During a 2 night stay we went to Magustos both nights! The food was good (delicious pizza!) and my toddlers loved playing with the few arcade machines they had (skeeball!)

Well worth the drive from Grand Junction or even Denver. Lahaina Burger best burger ever and we raised our own in Iowa. I had the Greek salad and it was wonderful!
