Im very, very surprised this place has over four stars. Mostly, the food is not good. My husband and I came here once not too long after it first opened and had a similar experience with the food. We decided to try again this morning because we were at the Target in the same shopping center. I ordered a hot peppermint latte. The only thing peppermint about it is that they put a mini candy cane in it. Theres no peppermint flavoring or syrup in it. It also was not a latte - it was just coffee with creamer in it and whip on top. It definitely was not steamed milk, so they shouldnt advertise it as a latte. When it came out, it was ice cold. I had to ask the server to have it re-made since Id ordered it hot. I ordered the Rancher omelette which has home fries, peppers and bacon in it. I got hashbrowns and a biscuit for my sides. The hashbrowns were so mushy. Not at all crispy like they should be. I could barely eat them. The home fries in the omelette were more of the same undercooked potato but in scalloped form instead of shredded. The biscuit wasnt bad but it looks like it comes pre-packaged and reheated; it has a "fake" look to it. Im giving two stars because our server was pleasant. The food took quite a while to come out, but it was a Sunday morning, so I wasnt expecting it to be very fast. We tried this place twice and the food is really not good at all, so we will not be back.

The service was pleasant but the food was meh (no seasoning and rather oily) but it was really expensive. Our family of 4 for breakfast was $64 before tip. And we didnt go wild. The menu said kids hot cocoa was $1, but the bill said $2.75. Iced tea is $2.75 and so I soda. But when my son ordered half iced tea and half lemonade, it was $3.95. My kids ordered waffles and crepes which were on the menu for $8.95 and appeared to come with eggs and choice of bacon or sausage. But the bill showed the $8.95 plus $2.90 for eggs and $2.75 for bacon. The latte I got was $4.95 and was about 8-10 oz. We were in a hurry as We had another appt, so I couldnt take the time to discuss the check and debate the prices. I just paid and left. Which is a bummer because I liked the server and the atmosphere, but I cant justify $75 (after tip) for breakfast that was barely mediocre.

I went to this restaurant for breakfast with my family when I was in town and I was disappointed. I looked up good breakfast locations in the area and decided on this place because of the good reviews. I am not sure if it was an off day, but based on my experience I probably wouldnt recommend this restaurant or return again. The service was terrible. Our waitress was mostly not attentive. My coffee cup was dry for most of our meal. I ordered the California Breakfast Burrito, which is one of their recommended items. It was so bland even with the pico they give you. I had to add a lot of salt, which Ive never had to do before at other restaurants. You can get a breakfast burrito from Filibertos that is 10x better for less than half the price. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They have great food with large proportions. The staff is friendly but they need to work on a few things. 1. I have been here about 7 times in total and every single time I have been seated, they never give us silverware, I have had to always ask for it which I would think is common sense. Also the staff needs to pay better attention to order details. I ordered the rancher omlete and received a spinach omlete. I was not apologized to or offered to take it off my bill. Please fix those things and my review will go to 5 stars

We told ourselves we wouldnt go here anymore because the lack of quality in their food. But, we went again because it was close to us and we wanted breakfast at noon. I ordered the California benedict and when it was served to me it was cold and my hash browns again where mush and not crispy. This will be the third time we have gotten bad food so it was not a one time thing. Id rather eat at McDonalds for breakfast then eat here again. And i dont like McDonalds breakfast either. Service was ok though.

Weve been here several times and it has always been good. Weve tried the border Benedict, omelettes, and crepes. The food had always been really good. I would say that the crepes arent our favorite since the texture is closer to a pancake, but the toppings are enough to make up for it. I would give 5 stars, but the service is pretty slow. Everyone is friendly enough to put you at ease, but you will spend a lot of time waiting. If you arent in a hurry or eating with kids this is a 5 star breakfast joint.

-1 for bad service, -1 for runny eggs. My waitress forgot a few things she said she would bring "right away". I had to remind her to bring them. It wasnt busy either, so her forgetfulness didnt warrant any excuses. I had the steak and eggs and the steak was very good but my main complaint was the eggs. I ordered over easy and the eggs were undercooked- were more runny then they should have been. The hash browns are very very good. I would come back just to try more of the hash browns.

Interesting place, appears clean but theres a very distinctive odor upon walking in. Prices for a breakfast are pretty high for what we were served. The food was cold, the bacon was floppy and the eggs are definitely not xl grade a. We did not finish our food. I will say however, that our server Brooks was very polite, attentive, and cheerful. Service was great. Food drastically needs improvement. Dennys quality food at a much higher price.

We sat at out table and it was about 15 minutes before the waitress realized that we were at the table. Then another 20 minutes for us to get our drinks. After an hour of waiting we got our food that had been sitting under the heat lamps for about 30 minutes. Worst experience of any restaurant ive ever been to. The waitress was unprofessional and not good at her job. The food was awful and i will not be returning ever.

Just left broken yolk 7-30-17 first time and last time at 9:00am and if it wasnt for the food i would of gave it a negative star.service was aweful the waiter was more interested in talking with the usual customers about his sons R.A. than checking on our table seemed to disappear.this was my birthday breakfast and YOUR waiter messed it up.and i still (under protest)left him a tip.

Waitress assumed we had ordered leading to a 15 minute wait between drinks and ordering. Another waiter brought us someone elses food. Our same waitress spent about 10 minutes chatting with someone she knew. Took over 30 minutes to receive food from when we first arrived. I later discovered our original waitress ditched us and was replaced by someone who was much more professional.

Great standard American breakfast food in a charming building just ten minutes outside downtown Mesa. The food was good and in large portions. As visitors to the area, my friend and I asked for recommendations for where to go be tourists and our friendly helpful server not only polled her co-workers, but wrote us a list complete with driving directions! What great service.
