been ordering from this wingstop almost every weekend for 3 years, at least 60% of the time the mess up on my order, and 90% of the time they make it right by giving me a remake of my order, but after tonights mess-up, i wont be going back to this one again. you think after 3 years of ordering the SAME order every weekend, they would get it right, but i guess now. i order my wings wet, and crispy (this week they werent wet or crispy), it is on every single order ticket i have ever had (and shows it when i log in my account), and somehow they mess it up, and tonight to makeup for their messup they offered me a 10 piece pack with fries? are you serious? you messed up on MY $50 order, and if i want any of it replaced i have to drive all the way back tonight (during my broncos party, 7 mins before the game starts), and wait for a new order? you can go f*** yourself, and 50 a week may not be a lot to your company, but you just lost it. Looks like Buffalo Wild Wings is my new spot!

the wait is long. fine. Im doing this for convenience. the workers attitudes exude exhaustion and frustration. fine. i work retail too. its forgivable. the food sometimes is wrong. fine. a lot of cogs on that machine, sometimes things get messed up. But when i walk in, wait patiently for my order while i read a book or grab a beer, and the employees tell me "next time order online" and i respond with " its ok, i dont mind the wait" and i get a "well its easier on us" while rolling her eyes reply, i draw the line. do not shame me for being patient and getting food from your establishment, because your entitled teenage employees are pissed off because i didnt do it their way. i am spending money keeping my belly full and these kids employed. i do not deserved to be barked at because i did not order online.

I recently order a combo of the classic hot wings. Service was alright, ordering over the phone was pleasant. The real downer here is the food itself. The wings were honestly sub par and had little to no sauce on the wings. The fires of which I were given were obviously old, given the fact that they were soggy and honestly completely unappetizing. I can get better fries from Walmart. I consider myself a bit of a wing buff, and I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone. To the folks who work and manage this store, please step your game up.

Good wings, dont get me wrong but service here is not the greatest....we called in our order because we knew they would be busy, ordered two small combos, not 50 wings, girl on the phone says sure itll be ready in 15 minutes. Great, but wrong so wrong. We have been eating in the restaurant 35 minutes now...which is 35 plus the 15 we waited to come in. Wtf? Why didnt they just say itll be a while. Im pissed. I own my own business here in thornton and if I treated customers like this I would be ashamed.

The wings and fries are fantastic, the best in a 5 mile radius, but dear Lord is service slow. We ordered online at 7:30 and received an estimated finish time of 8:30; an hours kind of a long wait, but we had a big order. No worries. We show up at 8:25, ask if our order was ready/almost ready - turns out nothing had even started being made. The order had just sat at the printer for an hour. So we had to wait another 25 minutes for our food. TL;DR - Expect great food, but not before youre dead.

I usually go to a different wing stop but after this visit I will make the trip! 120th and Colorado has the best employees and service ive experienced at any location. As i ordered I believe George was his name helped me out and explained the best deals and so forth. The place was clean as well which is hard to find unfortunately. Later Ruby came and gave us food and was very nice and heleped us in any way. This is a great location and great Wings!

The wings are amazing, but dont try and order them online. The staff thinks the internet is only used for facebook, and music. It is amazing to me that you can order and pay online, but they dont start making your order until you arrive, as alternative you can phone in an order that will be ready to go. Or just order online and you will sit for 45 minutes watching people who ordered over the phone pick up there food with our any questions.

Over ONE hour waiting .... horrible service right now. once again. super slow service and disrespectful. Apparently they called my name but I bet was just once anyways i asked for our order after ONE hour waiting .cashier answer was "all I know is that I called your name" last month they mess up my order now this service ...NEVER AGAIN 120th Colorado blvd ... worst service ever ..... Great store and food. Ruby is one of the managers and I think she might live there (She is always there). The store is clean and this franchisee offers dollar drafts(10 oz.) WHAAAT? Yeah, 1$ beers. So in sort for good wings and the cheapest beers you can get at any eatery. If wing are your thang, I suggest you stop by this little wing pushers venue for dollah beers and good grub!

OMG these wings!!! The best wing place I have EVER eaten at! I love the crispyness and the sauce taste sooo good!!! The fries and vegi sticks... etc. EVERYTHING at this place is awesome. You cant top wing stop! woot woot!! Ive never eat wings anywhere ells again unless thats my only option.

WINGSTOP DISCRIMINATES i will not ever give a good review to any wingstop after my nephew tried to get a job at the broomfield location last year, and the owner made a coment about him being gay and told my nephew that wingstop did not have any place for people like him in their company.

Good wings but raised draft beer prices and have had issues with gift cards not working. Update... Quality of food and service has deteriorated to the point that I wont even bother coming here any longer.

great wings, service and online ordering needs to get fixed. The machine is always broke when you order through the app so you have to reorder when you get there causing an additional 30 minute wait.

Me and some friends went in to get food, and had to get it to go because there were so many flies. Ive been going there for years and its been at a steady decline. Sucks because they have good food.

Perfectly fried and seasoned extra crispy wings! Good service. Made to order fresh so there is a wait. Highly recommend the Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper (with extra seasoning and double fried).

Messed up my order and they never get it right and the people on the phone and at the front counter suck there are very rude people so I hope they find a manager that cares about their customers
