Do you ever ask yourself, "What is missing from my life that leaves me feeling so empty inside?" Well, I am writing this review to save your time and emotional well-being by telling you the answer is Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I recommend it to anyone in need of a healthy meal at a fair price. When I say anyone, I truly mean anyone. Even the vegetarians out there! All dishes involving meat have the option of substituting the meat with chicken-free chicken, at no extra cost. This is because Tropical Smoothie Cafe cares about the individual needs of every customer (and the life of every animal).The smoothies are unbeatable. You will be filled with shame and regret when you think back on the amount of dollars you threw away at Jamba Juice before discovering Tropical Smoothie Cafe. You must not worry though, that shame and regret will vanish when you realize you are now holding a cheaper, healthier smoothie in your hand. I could go on with this review, but I would only be delaying your upcoming visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. See you there.

Poor Service Again. I had a sandwich and a soda to go here 6+ months ago. I got back to my office to eat and had no fiz to my soda. The 20 oz was expired by several months. Super annoying, but wasnt going all the way back. Today I decided to try it again and GUESS WHAT my soda was expired. I took it back and asked for a new one. No one said anything, they acted put out, they took what seemed to be 5+ minutes, came back didnt say anything, handed me a bottled with a scratched off date on the lid. I opened it, no fiz. Looked around the bottle found a date on the shell of the bottle, 1 month expired. I took it back up, the staff acted beyond annoyed. I get this is a smoothie joint, but if you are going to sell soda, my heck keep it current! Customer service training is needed at this location!

The smoothies here are delicious. Ive been coming to get one everyday this week. Todat, however my smoothie was probably the most terrible tasting drink Ive ever had... Im not sure what was different but i couldnt take more than 2 sips before I threw it away. Ive also had a huge struggle with the customer service every time I come in. They dont greet you when you walk in, and they never smile. I work in customer service myself, and I think the service here is very poor. I was waiting at the register with no line the other day, without being greeted and after a few minutes the girl said, "you ready?" If the smoothies werent good (for the most part), I would not come back.

I came here today for a birthday smoothie. My friend took me here a couple months ago when it was her birthday and all she had to do was show her ID and they gave her a free smoothie. I came for my birthday and was told I had to sign up for the email list and that my ID wouldnt suffice and when I said my friend got one, the lady said, "Well, she shouldnt have because thats not the rule." Super rude service and I just left. Their smoothies are good but I will not return cus the service sucks. They lost a customer.

DELICIOUS smoothies and wraps. It was our first time there and the staff were so helpful and kind and answered our millions of questions. Haha. I really felt welcomed. The smoothie I got was peaches and pumpkin and it was so good! Seriously a new favorite place of ours now. It was much better than Jamba Juice in our opinion. The wraps and everything tasted so fresh and you feel great after eating their food. Coming back for sure! Extremely satisfied.

This was a really fun place to go to with my friend and drink our smoothies and talk. I felt the volume of the music was loud enough to block out surrounding noise and quiet enough to have a conversation without any difficulties. I loved my smoothie (it was a Triple Berry Oat something or other) and my friend loved his. Good place to go to and easy access.

I love tropical smoothie! I would eat there everyday if i could. The buffalo wrap is my go to. But the last couple of times i have had my wrap messed up. I dont like ranch, i like it hot! And when i ask for no ranch my wrap sometimes has ranch. This last time i went there was no ranch and no buffalo sauce....so basically bland chicken. Very dissapointing.

I have come here many times because its close to where I live and convenient. Every time I come here The smoothies are incredibly watery and icy, and have next to no flavor. This place is a huge waste of money. I tried giving them a couple of chances just to see if I got unlucky the first couple of times, unfortunately I will not be back again.

This place has good food but since the upd the prices its hard to justify eating her with the sub par service. Theres been times when Ive waited 30 minutes for a wrap with no one in front of me but I still went because it was somewhat healthier food for a good price. Now, I dont know how often I will go.

Found this place because they were doing a Valpak deal and OH MH GOSH!!! It is so delicious! Their smoothies are better than Jamba Juice but what Im really here to talk about is their breakfast wraps! Theyre like 2 bucks and SO GOOD! Way underpriced in my opinion. I am definitely hooked on this place.

This is not the best option, we went here for vegetarian options, and while it was edible, I would not recommend going here. Eggs are from a box, they add a cup of sugar to each smoothie, and my wife eats meat, the chicken was mostly fat. The service was fairly good though, hence the 2 star rating.

Went through the drive thru on a Tuesday night, there were two cars ahead of us when we ordered our smoothies. We waited in line for over 20 minutes before we got our smoothies and by the time we got them they were melted. Did want to give 2 stars but the smoothies are very good so I added a star.

Best Employees Ever! Every time I have been here the employees were so great. I dont know his name, but he I went today at around 10 AM and I was helped by a super kind and fantastic guy! Just wanted to give him a huge thank you!!! Great food and smoothies. Keep up the great work!

They made my smoothie very poorly today, and I ended up just throwing it away. I emailed them a complaint about it and within a couple of hours later they called and apologized and made it right. Wow. Very impressed with their customer service.

Food is great, service is good. I walked into tropical smoothie today and the most offensive rap music was playing. I feel like such a prude but I dont really like to hear the f word blasting as Im trying to buy a smoothie. Thanks.

Great smoothies, but the employees are in no rush, usually you wait 5 minutes to order and another 10 minutes waiting for your smoothie. And thats if youre the only one in line. This is NOT the place to go if youre in a rush.
