I know this is the American Fork one but there isnt one for Sandy. Tonight I went to the Wild Zucchini off State St. in Sandy with my family. It was great food... BUT the management was awful and rude. I have never seen such disrespect and inappropriate actions. They say you cannot sit at a table to hold it. Understandable but you need to handle it appropriately. There were 2 kids sitting at a table while their mom was in line to order food. The manager was going up to all these tables with people sitting at them with their kids while there spouse was ordering food and telling them they couldnt sit down. She (Manager or owner) then proceeded to go up to these two children and told them they needed to get up. The kids explained their mom was getting food, She was in these kids faces and made them cry. The kids proceeded to sit there and explain they arent supposed to talk to strangers. She continued to be in their face yelling at them that they cannot sit there. She then went to another table where a dad was sitting with his baby in a carrier and told him he couldnt sit. He refused to get up because his wife was more than half way through the line. She took his picture on her personal phone and said she was going to call the police. This restaurant doest deserve customers if they cant treat their customers with respect. There are other ways of handling the situation. You dont make kids cry and take pictures of people/customers without their permission. I will not be going back to this restaurant, you do NOT treat your customers like that!

I love the food. Its one of my favorite places in town and I eat there a lot. But the customer service is going downhill. Fast. The same people always seem to be working when I go, and they seem to all be good friends, hanging out and bantering back and forth in Spanish. Good for them, but when you feel like youre just an irritating presence to them to make them actually have to make food for you...? Pretty lame. The last time I went, I had to wait for all 3 of the workers on the prep line to finally look at me as I moved through the ordering process (I was the only person line), as they were deep in happy conversation (in Spanish: so rude!). The cashier never even asked me if I wanted the food to stay or to go; she just threw the food on a plate, gave me a drink without me asking for it (or wanting it), and said "thank you!" without ever looking at me. So I just picked up my foam plate and walked out, rather than trouble her for a to-go container. The management needs to have some serious customer service training for their front line workers. I hate patronizing businesses that make me feel like a burden. Without paying customers like me, none of you would have a job!!

The food is great. But trying to get what you want from this place has become like pulling teeth. Every time I visit, the amount of noodles they serve gets bigger, while all other portions have become unacceptably small. The employees obviously have no concerns with customer service; they are often extremely rude and act like youre the rude one for asking for something. I asked for cheese balls to go with a whole bowl of pasta, the guy puts in 3. Usually they put in at least 6, so I asked for more and the employee informed me Id be charged extra. This type of thing happens all the time, just a really poor environment. Who they hire is just further proof that whomever owns or runs this store really just dont give a crap. This place started out great but went downhill quickly. If rude, impatient servers dont bother you, definitely check it out.

I like the place, though it has some room for improvement. I really like the pizza crust - it is nice and thin and the right flavor and texture. Put a little sweet pork on it with the white sauce and it is great. They could really improve the pasta. You dont serve angel hair with a heavy sauce like alfredo. The noodles are too thin. It doesnt help that they over cook them and they are too soggy. The topping choices for pizza and pasta are generally good, but some are a little odd and it seems to be missing something that I cant put my finger on. I also wish there was a little more substance to their meals for the cost. But it is good and different, which is really nice with so many chains serving the same thing.

Where do I start?! I only discovered this place shortly before moving out of Utah, and I can say not finding it sooner is one of the great regrets of my life. The pizza here is amazing!! The ingredients taste fresh and delicious, I would recommend the diavolo sauce and chicken. The crust is thin but not crispy, and the meats are juicy and succulent. I love the atmosphere and the simplicity of the restaurant. If you are in the area this is a must. You will not regret trying this place out for a quick bite. As a side note the staff have always been friendly and always ask if they have put enough ingredients on your food or if you would like more, not stingy at all! Love this place

The best food around its a must try! They grow alot of herbs on site and care for giving out good quality food and it shows. Though I have a huge issue with the point system they use for giving you a free meal when you go there so frequently. The system they use has screwed me out of 2 free meals in the last 4 months that I know I have earned by going there frequently. They should ether go back to the old way of doing it by punching a card or something cause I know Im not the only one who has had this issue. Great food but dont count on getting a free meal when they say you have earned it for next time.

I usually love this place but today the service was absolutely terrible. It was not busy and they only had 4 people working the line. They ran out of steak for my salad and the guy told me he would add more when the fresh batch came out. I had to remind him multiple times to add the extra steak. The line people did not listen to how me or my friend wanted our salads. Then we had to wait for the bread sticks for over 10 minutes and ended up not getting any because the workers were too busy talking. Basically it was terrible service, food and atmosphere. We will not be coming back anytime soon.

I would give this 5 stars if they had whole wheat options. I hope people dont think theyre eating healthy when theyre shoving unnecessary, unhealthy carbs down their throat. It comes across as a healthier option, but dont be deceived! I would eat here weekly if they had whole wheat/whole grain options Dont miss out on your opportunity Wild Zucchini! Youre food is delicious, but work in some appeal for your health conscious customers.

I love the Wild Zucchini in American Fork. Normally I order ny favorite the Steak Bowl but today I tried the Ultimate Fresh Veggie Pizza and it is one of the best things Ive ever eaten in my life. I love this place, its clean, reasonably priced, excellent, friendly staff and the food is mind blowing delicious! I couldnt not leave a review after tonights dinner, they are eveything a restaurant should aspire to.
