Best soup & sandwich place in Coon Rapids (sorry Jersey Mikes) Staff is ALWAYS friendly. The GM actually cares, unlike a lot of places. Food is delicious - have you tried their chicken pot pie soup? It might just change your life. Prices are cheaper than subway and other similar places but the quality I think is better. We eat here about once a week, and they never disappoint.

I love Potbellys!!! I eat here at least once a week. I usually get the Italian with the hot peppers and avocado. Delicious! I love the vibe of the store, the staff is nice and friendly and the food is so yummy. The cookies are super good too - try the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip - it is so good. Definitely one of my all time favorite sandwich places.

Server was rude to us from the beginning told her it was our first time here asked what the soup was and she says its on the wall behind me. I am leagally blind and cant read the wall so had to have someone read it to me. And she continued to be rude all thru the process. That service and attitude alone i will never go back

The GM of this Potbelly shop seems to really care about his customers. Special attention to detail and you might even meet him when youre there. Ask to say "hi" to Tim! Think highly of this place and would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable meal on the go or relaxing in. Mmmmmmmm....Really good sandwiches too!

By far and away one of the best places I have been for a sandwich shop. Stopped in one day with my family. My daughter did not like what she ordered. The manager gave us a sandwich to make sure she liked the food too. All on them because they like to see everyone happy there.
