Best staff ever................................Worst customer experience ever. Not customer service...the customer was the most horrible human being ever. After berating the staff several times and making the entire customer population uncomfortable, I asked her if I could maybe help out and pay for her drinks. Her response: "I am a Trump supporter and if you dont like that then I am going vote for Hillary." YIKES....I think she was going off the rails and we were getting to watch. I finished my meeting a couple hours later and the staff looked wiped out. I went behind the counter and hugged each of them. Sometimes there are no words to express and nothing to be said to make it better. Be nice....or at least take your meds.

My friend and I came in around 7 when they started preclosing so I understand they were busy. Finally after waiting for about 5 minutes to order, we were waiting for our names to be called because the barista said he would call our names. After about 10 minutes we checked and our drinks were just sitting on the end. He did not even call out names. He was just getting back to his closing stuff while we were clearly sitting waiting for our drinks. Not a huge deal but annoyed enough to write a review.

As a Starbucks partner, I really appreciated this store. I work at a store about 30 minutes away. Had to take my dog to a vet nearby and needed to kill time while they looked at him. Store definitely embodies the caring and nurturing nature that is expected of Starbucks store. Barista with bluish hair and tattoos on register was super kind and other barista with a beard doing a coffee tasting in the lobby was super friendly and more than happy to chat. Would heavily recommend

Some of the ladies here arent always the nicest, they have their days. Forgot her name but there is a lady who used to work early morning, usually had a flower or something in her hair shes ALWAYS nice! My favorite is Khari (hope i spelled that right) he is awesome! No matter how busy he always has AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, and my drink is always perfect! THANK YOU KHARI, I APPRECIATE YOUR SERVICE!

Says they open at 5am got there at 5:33 and no one took my order. When I got to the window the guy said we open in 30ish minutes.... I dont normally even drink coffee but really could have used one today. I guess Ill just stick with Dutch Bros and there are yummy iced tea. They are always open on time

I ordered a white hot chocolate mocha and it tasted like just a hot coffee. I took it back to the guy that made it and he said no its a hot chocolate mocha and just ignored me after i stood there for a few minutes so i threw it away and left the place. Bad customer service. Very disappointed.

First time here and the staff is so nice the ladies are very polite the store is immaculately clean the drinks are moving really fast and everybody gets a goodbye and a thank you top quality customer service and my drink tastes amazing highly recommend

Even though in this Frys plaza there is a Starbucks inside the Frys as well as at the corner of the Plaza it is nice. The one at the corner is always crazy busy so I skip on over to the one inside Frys that seems to never be busy.

This is the best Starbucks in the valley and 1 of the only Starbucks open on all major holidays, even Christmas! They staff is awesome and always remember your name and usual drink. I just love how accommodating they are.

Not going back to this place.. Sam was completely rude and condescending (B**)! Where as the blond and the Latin girl were so sweet, she just pissed me off and ruined my experience. Left mad instead of enjoying my coffee.
