Terrible - food is okay - but service is AWFUL. I got it to go - but got NO napkins, NO silverware, no butter for the biscuit - and they forgot the cole slaw completely. Plus a drink just "comes with" it - I wanted no drink - they could not figure out how to take the drink off the order - finally I just said - leave it on the order but dont give me one !!! I also got NO receipt. Its not worth driving back there for the cole slaw - but its just annoying to get home and find it missing. I like the food but just am not going back there any more. Now they have two almost identical items - one is $5.25 - the other is $7.25 - only difference is one side - INSANE. Plus getting drink with it is also silly - some people dont want a drink but know they are paying for it anyway.

worst restaurant ever, been to many kfc, but this one must be closing for company not to care, all employees, have shirts out, I was greeted after 7 minuets standing with no one in front of me, what do you want is how can I help you, no straws, no forks, asked for a cup of water in addition to my 18 dollar order and said sorry we out of water cups, no one is wearing gloves, manager using bare hand to grab chicken and cut up,. Unprofessional must be closing soon, never again in that so-called restaurant.

The employees are always nice and smiling, and very kind-hearted. Jayme is always the one to take my order when i go. She is fast and incredibly humble. sometimes when they are out of something, she offers a cookie or and extra biscuit for the wait for the inconvenience (which has only happened 3 times and ive been coming here for years).This is the only kfc i go to. Food is fresh and is on point every time i go!

I recently went through the drive thru and upon ordering the six piece family meal was told they didnt have any white meat available. Now this is the second time in a row this has happened at this location. I am beginning to suspect they want to rip off their customers by substituting smaller darker meat. I will not return to this location again and advise everyone else to avoid it too.

Spent $45 tonight at this location. Was rushed through my order at the drive thru, the mac n cheese was so watery and tasteless it was like soup, and they put pieces of original recipe into my grilled chicken basket. Will not be coming back to this location ever again. I prefer the one off of grand in Sun City near Frys. Nicer staff and no issues with my food.

I have been here twice with bad results. I ordered an eight piece grilled bucket and was told I had to wait 25 minutes. Really? I just left. The other time, I ordered, was given a price but when I got to the window it was more. They said I had added something to the order, which I didnt. Frustrating. They need to train their staff better.

Its KFC- whats there to add to but finger licking good!!! Even though you may want to wait till after the noon or dinner rush is over it is best to go at these times to get the hot and fresh stuff. Try not to go after 3 before 5 and after 7 to close, just a little different i have found over the years. Love their food though

Ordered 6 piece meal which was not listed on the menu. Had to inquire about my options. Also ordered wedges and sml coleslaw. I received 5 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. No wedges! Frys has much better chicken and so much cheaper. That was my last visit to KFC. Awful!

Awful. No a/c when we visited. Kitchens had to be 120+ degrees, sauces were all curdled, tried the good and realized if they have no air, chances are the food is contaminated. Dont go here. According to manager, air goes out all the time. Health department called on this place

Had the Value meal. 10 pcs to be exact. Got mash potatoes and mac and cheese with biscuits. Everything was good execpt the biscuits. Over cooked a bit and were hard. Fast drive thru time and was pleased. To all you haters, its drive thru chicken...

Used the drive thru. Tried to order was told it would be a 9 min wait. I asked for something different it to would also be a 9 min wait. The only thing they had ready were the strips. They were under cooked. Service was crap.

8:45 on a Saturday. They were already rinsing down the floors like it was closing time. They dont close til 11. The cashier girl was awesome,,, get rid of that guy with the hose.
