I had to wait for two tables to get served before me which wouldnt a big deal if I didnt get seated several minutes before they entered the establishment. This could be excuses if it wasnt very early Sunday morning and only two tables were occupied at the moment I was seated. The food was served in a timely manner after my order was taken yet it was room temperature. After I was done and my table was cleared I waited an extra 9.42 minutes for my check. Again these experiences couldve been accused only if it wasnt very early Sunday morning & less than 8 tables were occupied by the time I left. Maybe it was an oversight on behalf of the staff or it is normal practice of management at this IHOP.

Horrible experience for a Sunday Group of five went for brunch The chicken tenders and fried chicken was really dry we wouldve choked if we didnt order a drink, honey mustard sauce was watered down, waited about ten mins for a refill, waitress was rude because we asked for a refill and didnt know who our server was so she only refilled one cup out of the five, portion of the food wasnt the usual portion it was maybe a handful of fries given with three pieces of chicken tenders, the waitress kept rushing us so she can give us our bill, the oil the chickens were fried in was stale and tasted like shrimp

I have been ordering take out from this IHOP for some time, everytime that I do order there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order (giving them the benefit of a doubt). Two days in a row I ordered a specific way of potatoes and both times they got it wrong. Yesterday I wanted the food delivered (they forgot some parts of the meal) I called they said the would come and bring it. I AM STILL WAITING. Today I wanted potatoes and not hash browns and low and behold they gave me the damn hash browns. Smh. I will not be attending this IHOP anymore. Their food is good ,but not their customer service.

Horrible experience... Took my 2 kids my dad and brother, took 45 minutes to be seated. Then another 30 to order then when we finally got our food we didnt even have any silverware to eat that took another 20 min food was not even hot anymore to eat... Then when u say something about it the waitress gives an attitude very poor customer service... Well never go there again i do not recommend this place horrible service from start tho end!

Food was good, but the service was terrible. Went with a friend for brunch and was seated and forgotten. We waited a whole 15 minutes before we were asked if we were being served. Seriously?! Drink arrived before food and our server was no where to be found. We ended up having to flag down another server helping another table to get refills. Definitely dont come here if you are hungry. You will starve from the wait.

The only problem with this IHOP is where to park? This establishment stay busy, because the service is excellent, the atmosphere is great, and the food is THE BOMB. Please eat here if your hungry. If you are really booooooshie, whereas you need a napkin on your lap, a wine list, and fresh bread on your table. Then I would suggest, go up til you see 78 west and head thataway! Otherwise sit down, and get yo grub on!!

My friend and I went to this particular IHOP a while ago. I have to say that the wait staff was very friendly. I also liked that the prices were reasonable and our food was delivered promptly. The only thing that kinda turned me off was the cleanliness of the restuarant. It was far from filthy, but not exactly immaculate. All in all, a good place to go for a casual meal. If youre looking for classy, this isnt it.

I went with my daughter to have dinner on Saturday and the food was great but, it was creepy to see one of cookers smoking outside talk to other person? Even stranger I saw him pull out a strange bag out of his pocket and give to other person that was really strange for daughter to see that! I would still come back to eat because those pancakes were great New York cheese cake! The best pancakes I ever ate !

I ordered online for pickup. They have you select a time for pickup, but I still had to wait for my order. Sunday is a busy day, so I am understanding about the wait. However, the banana and Nutella crepe I ordered had no Nutella on it and my "crispy" bacon wasnt so crispy. Also, the portion sizes are too small for the price. They seemed to be much smaller compared to the portions when dining in.

Wow.. What can I say about the service only that it was exceptional. Walida our server was professional, friendly and made this a memorable dining experience. And the manager Talia, you can tell that she runs a tight ship. As a customer, I had the opportunity to overhear her telling the staff that they did a great job. And it speaks to why this IHOP is always packed. I will come again.

My first visit to this IHOP. Our server for the evening made our experience pleasant.Very good hospitality. He was friendly, a people person, and it showed in his personality. Had a fantastic time, the food was delish. Normally I wont eat pancakes, tried some of my granddaughters, very tasteful. My grandchildren really enjoyed the magic show, would definitely come back again.

This is the ONLY IHOP I eat in. It is the only one that I know of that serves soulfood!! AND it is really good. It is in the HOOD AND its open 24HRS, FYI, so you will encounter some colorful people. There has never been an incident when Ive gone (Thank you Jesus ) so dont be deterred. It is very popular amongst the locals and it stays busy, but it is well worth it!!

The Onion Rings are soggy, They are never able to make things off the menu such as Waffles or new pizza flat bread side orders. Take so long to service the costumers, it took the waters one hour to come to our table on a day that it was half empty. The manager had a bad disposition and treated the customers very badly. I will never go to that IHOP ever again.

Coming to IHOP during early hours is always very pleasant. I enjoy my food and my time in IHOP. The manager Talia is always helpful and always making sure everything is going great. Shes the reason I keep coming back to enjoy another experience at IHOP. Just very passionate and makes sure everything is 100% perfect. Thanks for the experiences...

Its okay you get the crowd of the neighborhood here so it can be ratchet sometimes but when Ive gone its fairly quiet and the wait staff always does a great job. The food needs a little work. Even though its a chain doesnt seem as good as other locations and when Im not ordering something with eggs or pancakes it tends to be a little skimpy.

The wait too long because one person was available. The greeter and server was one in the same. His name is Anthony, poor dude doing what he can. Still waiting on our food while writing this review. Seems the other employees are showing up now. Still waiting on our food. Customers across from us is asleep. Foods here!!!! WORTH THE WAIT YUMMY!
