I have been driving all night long and into the morning from ubering I went into this Waffle House they were polite they worked together and they were quick to take my order and they even said excuse me when they had to go wait on another customer and came back and finish my order...all of them are outstanding and Natasha took my order fabulous and Bre as well talked with me as I waited for my order... I will keep coming back to this Waffle House at Winchester Pike and Gender Road kudos to the staff here Five Star All The Way they were clean neatly dressed hair was done and the place looked absolutely spotless/ clean.... thank you for making my breakfast Cassandra Porter

I called in an order for pickup that was done in 5 minutes! The service was excellent and the lady whom i didnt catch her name was a sweetheart. From this alone i was pleased leaving a tip even for my pick up order. Even better, i got home to a perfectly cooked meal and had extra butter and syrup without ever asking! That made me wish i woulda tipped more but i figured least i could do is leave my very first google review! 6/25/2016 9 p.m. staff Your service was greatly appreciated.

It was the worst Ive ever seen! I seen two huge ass roaches one came from underneath the wall and one came from the kitchen they were sweeping ! The place was full of people and the manager had even seen I seen what it was and tried to distract me ! Also I just couldnt eat there knowing those roaches probably crawl on my food at night HELL NO!!!

Weve been sitting here waiting for our food for more than 30 minutes. We finally started getting our food in pieces. Then my order was wrong. We are still waiting on parts of my husband and our nephews order. After waiting for nearly 45 minutes for our food. I found a hair in mine. Will never come back to this location ever.

Theyre very fun to interact with even during the day when its empty. Its restaurant experiences like this that make me think. I return more for the atmosphere and staff than I do for the food itself. I do love their hashbrowns especially though. Not many people do hashbrowns better than Waffle House.

The waitresses need to think more about the customers than cleaning tables in an almost empty restaurant!!! Obviously when a customer answers the question of what would you like to drink with WE ARE READY TO ORDER! That usually means they are in a hurry!!! Call the ORDER! Dont BUS tables!

Tiff took good care of us. Super friendly and good taste in music. Some of the best bacon Ive ever had. Everything was great thx to the cook, Chris. My first time to Waffle House wont be my last. A great way to cap off a day hiking at Hocking Hills.

Last time I went into waffle house there was a bunch of drunk people, and they were yelling at this Hispanic guy and it was kinda scary. Food was decent as usual but the waiters were too busy with the drunk people (which isnt their fault).
