We arrived at 6:30pm and were told that it would be a 2 hour wait for a group our size (8). Mind you, there was maybe 3 groups ahead of us, and lots of empty tables on a Saturday Night. We stayed because we were not really believing it would take two hours, but they werent kidding, so we stood at the bar (limited seating) and ordered drinks. The very first two drinks we ordered were two martinis. We watched as the bar tender poured the martini into the glass and it filled the (regular sized) martini glass leaving an inch to the top. We both laughed and said "maybe this will be half priced?" just kidding around as we thought he was making more to fill the glass to a normal level. He was preparing the second martini and it was only a little over half full too. Then he slid her the bill for $25.00. My friend was nice, so I made a comment and told the bartender that two half full martinis for $25.00 was ridiculous. They use the small side of a jigger and they dont even fill it up to the top. Knowing this, I ordered a double Mohito which cost me $14.00. The double tasted like a single shot. I read all the poor reviews prior to going, however, I wanted to experience the restaurant for myself. When we finally were seated, we sat for no less then 10 minutes for our waitress. Thats not to terribly long. However, once she took our drink orders, we didnt see again for about 20 minutes. Absolutely no where in site. She finally showed up at the table that was seated next to us and got their drink order yet had no drinks for us. When she turned around to get the other tables drink order, she walked quickly past me until I yelled "excuse me" to her. I then said we havent seen our drinks and we have all been ready to order for a while now. She seemed surprised that I was a little frustrated so therefore, took our order. We waited a normal amount of time for our food and the apps came out (they were good) and the food came immediately after. We were all shocked! ALL OF OUR BURGERS WERE RED INSIDE!! Roughly 6 burgers were under cooked. We were all laughing as all of our burgers were impossible to eat and slowly fell apart where we had to use our forks. Some like them rare, some of us didnt but were to hungry to complain after waiting 2-3 hours to eat. Loved the loaded fries. The jalapeno fries were to hot to eat, the zucchini fries were OK. Somewhat mooshy. The manager walked around without acknowledging anyone. Seemed extremely unhappy. After we received our food the waitress disappeared never to ask any of us if we wanted another beverage (alcohol or non). All of our glasses sat empty, drinking the melted ice. The waitress finally came back near to closing time (10pm) with our checks. I was very disappointed. We should have went to Oregonos.

Went last night for our first and now last time to zinburger-gilbert heritage marketplace . The food was overpriced, there are better burgers elsewhere for half the price. They mixed up our order with someone elses. This mistake was not discovered until after we had taken a couple of bites and realized that it was not what we had ordered. The poor server felt terrible and tried 3 times to get his manager to come and talk to us and the manager would not come over and talk to us or doing anything to make it right. Our server felt so bad about the lack of service and action from the manager that he personally paid for one of the burgers out of his pocket. We did tip the server enough to cover it so that he was not out of pocket. I would stay away from this place.

My husband and I just went in for dinner and sat at the bar. Every time it was my husbands turn to order, whether it be his drink or dinner, the bartender, Amanda would try and flirt with him. She made the entire dinner uncomfortable. I even heard the other bartender she was working with tell her she has a staring problem, that she needs to stop. Not good. We eat at the restaurant often, but this completely turned me off and we wont be back. If he were with his friends or by himself it would be different, but to do it and make it so obvious in front of his wife, is unacceptable. I almost went off on her in front of guests, but I held back. The next woman wont.

I ordered a bacon cheese burger and it was pretty good. It was a little over cooked even though we specifically talked about how restaurants often overcook burgers. The fries were excellent and it looks like they have an excellent happy hour menu. Overall, the experience was just okay. The server repeatedly forgot a few things and did not do well with checking if we wanted to order more drinks. Will try this again and hope for better results. Also, maybe Im the weirdo here... But if fast food restaurants are starting to use fancy lettuce for burgers, when will it no longer be acceptable for nice places like this to continue to use shredded iceberg lettuce?

I have been to this location two times and both times have been disappointed in the service. This last visit the waitress kept forgetting to bring me lemons, and I finally asked another server. The milk shake that was brought to my friend was wrong. The dessert my friend asked for she asked for it to be with out whip cream, and it came with whip cream. We then had to wait another 20 minutes for the pie with out whip cream. We had to ask for little plates for our appetizers. I gave three stars because the food is still good. I will be going to the Biltmore location from now on as that was the first location I had been to and had excellent service.

They typically have wait times but we got in in less than 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon which I think is pretty awesome for being downtown Gilbert. Parking can be rough and downtown Gilbert as most will no but really worth it if you can find a good spot parking garage is always an option. I had a cold beer which was nice and a burger. I would highly recommend getting the side mac and cheese just make sure you have somebody to share it with as it is a huge amount of food. I could eat just the bowl of mac and cheese all by myself for $6 LOL. I will definitely come back in the future.

I love going here! Their burgers are always delicious, the place is beautiful, and usually the staff are great. This is the one place I can truly eat gluten-free and not have to worry about getting sick. Gluten free buns are a dollar extra but their fries have no additional fee to be GF. Ive brought family and friends here which like their food/drinks too. My only complaint is I wish there were more alcohol-free drinks for those who are sober or bring their kids in. Considering the Gilbert farmers market every Saturday I think it would greatly benefit them with the younger customers.

Delicious burgers, my husband and I both made our own from their extensive selection of toppings. Great beer selection, they have a couple different four peaks on tap. I also had a cucumber Moscow mule and it didnt disappoint. We also had loaded fries and a nutella shake, both of which were as amazing as they sound. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was crowded but we didnt have to wait to get seated. Kinda pricey considering fries are purchased separate from the burger but not too bad. Overall a good experience and we will definetly be back.
