Food was great service was bad. Girl with the piercing in her face wouldnt pay attention when placing the order and kept asking the same questions over and over. Then she just walked off instead of giving us our drink cups or table order number. Best of all she literally dropped the plate of food at our table and stomped off. Biggest issue was watching her touch her face and mouth constantly while serving food and making shakes. Will not be coming back to this Smash Burger anytime soon.

I generally love Smashburger. Thus visit was the worst ever. It started out by them not taking my smashburger coupon, then the burgers were horrible with no toppings and the burger was less than half the size of the bun and ended with my grandson and me going home with terrible stomachaches. We wont go back there again.

First time trying Smashburger and I was very pleased. They recommended I try the Colorado Burger, which comes with a Chipotle bun. Wasnt a fan of the bun but the rest of the burger was amazing! I loved loved loved the Haystack, too!! And they sell IBC Root Beer which is a childhood favorite for me !

This place was filthy. However, there appeared to be only 2 people working on the night that we went. The food tasted great, and the manage gave everyone coupons. I assume the dirty state of the place was a one off. Hoping that our next visit will be more cleanly.

Price gouging!! Paid 11.79 for an Arizona burger that hardly weighed a quarter pound, some greasy onion fries, and a soft drink. Service was staff was great but I refuse to support establishments like this. Id rather go to an actual burger bar for this price.

The food is really good. My daughter ordered a chicken sandwich meal and I ordered their house cheeseburger meal. We split our meals and we really liked our order. The facility is super clean and the staff is very attentive and friendly.

Th burger is pretty good and this location is clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. Its not the cheapest but the food quality is superior to a McDonalds or Burger King so the old maxim "you get what you pay for" is true...

We love smash burger but this location leaves a lot to be desired. Their staff look as if they are falling asleep on the job and their register person was not friendly at all. We just found another smash burger to go to.

This ones definitely cleaner than the other SB ive been to. The burger was more tasty than the ones i had by fiesta mall yesterday where it was too seasoned and salty. Id come back and def recommend for a good burger.

The burgers and chicken sandwiches are excellent, as expected, but they have surprisingly great salads! The presentation of the salads, when eating on premise, is on par with a high end restaurant. Highly recommended.

Fast. Hot. Fresh. Tasty. Not cheap, but you get a quality burger made just for you. Fast is a relative term. At lunch time expect a line, but at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon we had no one ahead of us.
