This particular Burger King is hit and miss. I used to frequent them a lot before Id go to work on my night job. Sometimes its perfect and sometimes they make your sandwich with white bread because somebody ran out of buns. Its a fast food restaurant so theres only so much they can do about the menu but service and quality are always under managements control and its hit an miss. Right now its ok but next month who knows. Ive never gotten sick from one of their meals so thats something at least. Sometimes the food is a bit out of temperature if they get busy and Ive gotten flat soda before. Ive been overcharged before and had to wait 15 minutes in the drive through line because somebody ordered an ice cream cone. Staff turnover is pretty bad now so if service is suffering thats likely the reason. You do have to speak slowly in the drive through or they will screw up your order. I wish there was something between dislike and okay.

They are rude as hell here. I went once with my mom, they gave her the wrong order and when she told them they said " No thats what you ordered" when she showed them the receipt which had the correct order on it, still they said " Sorry. thats what you ordered" and shut the window, we called Inna complaint but corporate didnt care. I tried giving them a second chance, I ordered paid and while the one girl was handling my card another guy handed me my bag of food, after the girl gave my card back I started to leave and she screamed at me in a very rude tone " WHAT YOURE GONNA LEAVE WITH OUT YOUR FOOD?!" I slammed on my break and showed her that I had my food and advised her that she shouldnt be speaking to customers liken that EVER. I havent been back since, its such a garbage location, if they want to get new employees and a management maybe Ill try again, otherwise Im done with this crap hole.

Well all I have to say is I use to work at this very location,but stop by once in a while for lunch, and Im very dissatisfied with the manager and employees that were working those very days because I ordered the same thing every time I went there a ten piece nugget meal no salt on Frys, with a few packs of honey mustard, I had to repeat my order three times, and then pulled up to the window payed and pulled around for the Frys no salt, got my order and Frys had salt on them, and also only got one pack of honey mustard when I asked for atleast two!! And the employees were very rude and disruptive when ordering. Also manager didnt seem to care about anything but the time on the drive through. Very disappointed!!

Terrible! My husband is allergic to eggs so we ordered his whopper without mayo. The box was marked no mayo, yet it was on the sandwich. So I went back and got a replacement. Hiding in the ketchup was another dab of mayo on the replacement! Since I clearly explained this would make my husband sick I can only assume they did this intentionally since I complained. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES, they might kill you if your allergies result in fatal reactions!

Automated soda machine makes ALL sodas taste like lemon/lime... When staff queried, reply of lots of people say that... But they dont care enough to correct it... Follow-up... Getting ready to leave at 7pm (close at 10pm)... No more ice tea... query response, were cleaning them out for the night, no more to be put out... Sodas all taste like lemon/lime & no more tea from 7pm to 10pm... Was 2 stars on soda issue... Dropped to 1 star on tea & soda issues.

The burgerking was great for the past 2 years because i was the general manager there and the customers were the best always freindly loved the service we provided for them sales were up many smiles everbody was happy i had a great time there thanks kraf for believing in me hope 6368 stays happy im am moving on to taco bell at southern and power thanks bk for everything .

Stupid people work here. We sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes with 6 cars behind us because the car at the window was waiting for a fish sandwhich or something (that would take more time than a normal burger) common sense would have the car pull up to clear the line and have someone run their burger to them in the parking lot.

The staff was very helpful..and very nice. I asked what the difference was in the 2 salads..she spoke right up to tell me..and by the way..the cob salad beats mcdonalds..lol..thank you for asking..a great quick service.

The breakfast stops at 10:30 a.m. Single serve soda machine causes a long line. High curb is a tripping hazard. Food is tasty but the portions are sometimes laughably small. Not worth the money.
