This Winn Dixie is full of racist employees in particular a woman named Laurie with curly hair. Tonight I was buying the sinus flu over the counter product and it was an age restricted item at the self checkout. When she came over I said hello twice to her and smiled and she would not acknowledge me as a customer and instead said very demanding "uh excuse me" and after entering a code into the self register demanded very aggressively as if I was a criminal "where is your ID?" Which I already had out clearly handing to her. I said I have it here and she was like very audibly so that I heard her "ugh". And then just kept walking after she entered another code. I said have a nice night and her response was "mmm hmm" and still would not acknowledge me as a customer. Management really needs to address the issue of racial discrepancy amongst its employees as she is not the first.

I got home to find the cheese I had purchased was moldy but not anywhere near the expiration date. The cashier was too busy promoting the new membership program to my husband to bag my groceries, so she kept sliding them to me to bag for myself. The produce quality is a crapshoot, leaning to lower quality. I grew up going to Winn Dixie and it just seems to be declining in spite of cosmetic updates. Id rather pay extra to go to Publix where I can better guarantee quality products and service.

Very bad experience waiting for roasted chicken for an hour the manager was helpful by giving me the chichen for free but not the one I really want it the gentleman at the kitchen was not helpful at all since the beginning with an attitude but im there just to pay for service but the guy was not able to by putting the chicken low so it took longer some people just decide not to help in these positions making the store look bad wow

While shopping this morning, I decided to check for dog bones. The package in the meat case didnt meet my needs because the bones were too big. The butcher asked what I needed, I said never mind, Ill come back another time. He asked again, what do you need, Ill go cut some for you. I gave him my order and within a few minutes I had package of bones in hand. Thanks for the hands-on service. I love our Winn Dixie.

I try to avoid this Winn Dixie as much as possible even though I live so close by. The employees almost never acknowledge me, plus the older women with curly hair at self checkout is rude. The Winn Dixie in Lake Mary is much better. I rather go out of my way to Publix or target, there customer service is excellent!

I come here regularly and the employees are always nice, helpful, and courteous. I moved to the area about 7 months ago and love this Winn Dixie. The nearest Publix I get followed around the store like Im done criminal but not here!

Very clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Bakery was full of fresh breads, cakes and pastries. Deli had a great selection of meats and cheese. Products are well stocked and produce looks awesome. Sales are ALWAYS good.

Very nice and clean store. If you come here at around 8pm the seafood is closed already and they have emptied out the produce on ice. Same goes if you come here too early, no seafood or produce on ice.
