Out of the 10 or so times Ive been to this location, Ive only had 1 good experience. The latest issue I had was at the drive thru with someone who clearly isnt ready to run the window . I placed my order, repeated my order and he still got it wrong on the screen. When I approached the window my order came out to $4.31 for the Whopper Jr Meal deal (Whopper Jr, 4 nuggets, small fry, med drink) so I gave him $5.31. He handed me a bag with an attitude. The he kept my change. I had to remind him I needed $1 back. I also had to remind him I needed my drink and my ranch dressing. I pull off and inspect my bag. He gave me a bag of 30 chicken nuggets. I came back around and told him what he gave me and he said "thats your fault. You drove off. I cant take your food back." I said I didnt want the food and wanted my money back, he then told me "his manager doesnt allow for refunds on things like this." I call BS !! I decided to keep the meal that I DID NOT WANT. I proceed to eat my food and the nuggets were terrible.. they had a greasy taste to them and I was sick to my stomach afterwards. NEVER going back If you go , DO NOT let AJ serve you. Hes rude and incompetent. I hate to be that way, but he ruined that location for me.

Well for one the cashier girl named danky was completely coked out of her mind and kept mopping and sweeping the floors even though no one had clearly been in there for a while.... it took her 5 minutes to come up to the cash register to assist us in taking our order and laughed about making us wait. I cant even tell you how disgusting the food was and I really like burger King! Sometimes you think your food is less than hot possibly lukewarm... I dont mind a warm burger but God damn ALL our food was stone cold. While eating there it was extremly awkward to see other customers come in and danky along with everyone else who worked there completely ignored them as if there werent 7 people waiting to be helped. Im not one for complaining or writing reviews but Jesus this was the worst BK experience Ive ever had... Im surprised none of us became Ill from the under temp food.

Food was nasty I took back my burger and got my money back I ordered an a1 bacon burger first of told forever to get had no bacon on the burger the fries had enough salt to kill you the manager was really rude. Get rid of your brunette female manager that worked today at 4 oclock she is a pour excuse of a manager. One more thing answer the damn phone it wont bite I promise I called 4 tomes before I went back which is only a mile or two. When I got there one person in the lobby and one person in the drive thru I called still no one answered. This is the only day food place that has a answering machine that picks up on the 3rd ring. Food sucked service sucked bad experience I do not recommend anyone eat here it wouldnt let me put zero stars

Food was disgusting. Couldnt even get through half my burger. I felt terrible wasting it cause their prices are more than other fast food places (McDonalds/ In n Out). Im not sure what they did to my poor Whopper but it was gross! This location is just all around bad... Bad food, takes food forever to come out, they also almost forgot my daughters kids meal. The best part of the experience was that the guy at the window was polite and spoke English. I used to love the Whopper, but I will not be getting one anytime soon.

My husband was waiting for an order confirmation in the drive thru. The Hispanic female working the window was rude and said "I repeated your total 3 times". I was there and she never confirmed the order and never stated the total. Terrible service. This was at 10pm today. Management needs to hire people with guest service experience. You cannot work in guest service if you dont like people.

If you could put a warning star rather than give a star that is what I would give this location. I have called corporate and complained about the manager and the food not being hot. Yet I still keep thinking that one day someone will go into this store and clean house. I usually like Burger King, but it is getting to the point I would rather go somewhere else.

It would be great if this place were actually opened when they said they would be. 11:16pm and they are closed...not midnight (as stated on the website)....Id like to work here as you can apparently open and close when you want. 1 hour before youre supposed to close? Psh, whatever....close up shop guys....Im tired.

No air conditioning working at the kids play area, no sign not to enter until fixed, flat drinks, manager said they dont use Coca Cola brand any more but they still use Coca Cola logos. Slow services, rude and unprofessional manager, Jessica.

went there this morning at 615 am... they were still setting up the line, grill was not on and the cashier had no cash drawer yet on 1/13/15. they open at 6am and should have everything ready to cook before 6am....

All that was asked for was 2 orders of chicken fries. What I got was a horrible experience talking to an employee that clearly didnt know what she was doing. Slurring her words was the least of the problems.

I went there during breakfast hours and the lunch boards were up. I waited about three minutes at the order board in the drive thru...not a soul. How this place stays open is beyond me.

The cashier Liz told me they were closed and I was in the drive thru at 10:55 PM the sign says 11:00 AM..... plain lazy didnt want to work. Ill never be returning to this BK again.
