So I went here tonight remembering all the good times I had going here as a child. It was enough nostalgia to overcome the fact that it took 15 minutes for them to even take my order. Another 10-15 minutes later, I got my food and headed the hour long way home. I got home and took out one of the burgers I bought, I never knew that Angus meant without beef. because not just one of the burgers i ordered but both were missing their patties. I attempted to call them to complain but they had already closed for the night. So I came to write this review to warn others who may think that Arctic circle brings home old fashioned or good ol time burgers STAY AWAY

Still just as good as I recall Ok so I use to come here all the time as a kid and me and my family came in the prices have gone up slightly no problem though this place is amazing for starters the staff is friendly and the restrooms are clean and the whole restaurant the food was made quick and hot and yummy the employee service is 5 stars they came to check on us and offered courtesy cones of ice cream the thing I was most impressed by was the employees where wiping down the baby high chairs and they already looked clean thats awesome this location will care for your family and make them feel welcome!!!

Customer service has been paramount when Ive been to this Arctic Circle. Im treated kindly and so is my family. They have always brought my food to my table and later visited to ask how it is and if we need anything else. They also usually come by towards the end of the meal and bring us complimentary cones which my kids love. We are usually feeding a family of 4 here for under $10 with coupons on nights when there just isnt enough time to cook, and at that price I wouldnt expect that type of service. Though the food is not fantastic, it is on par with what to expect at the price. Well done.

Im standing here waiting for my food and Im literally watching them prepare everything with their bare hands on bear counters.... wiping hands on their shirts and pants in between orders. Im no snob, I realize Im ordering food at Arctic Circle, but this is seriously gross. Never come back here again. Disgusting and slower than slow when there is like 3 people in here.

The food at this location is absolutely disgusting, always cold the meat is hard. The bread and buns are always old and flaky, this has happened on numerous occasions. They were supposedly working on this, I am sick of complaining to them. I will never buy food from this place again

I have been to several Arctic Circles around the state and this location is by far my favorite. Julia, especially is always so nice and accommodating and she always welcomes us with a smile. Thank you for being awesome and keep up the good work!

I always order my burgers with no sauce.. Its obvious when they pull a pre made sandwich and rinse the sauce off with water and cover each patty with cheese. The buns get doughy and turn into mush. I am done giving this location my money.

Love this Arctic Circle location. They serve a lot of customers. We usually go there with the family for ice cream treats and they always give plenty on the cone. The shakes are great too. The staff is always friendly and seems happy.

Everybody go to THIS Arctic Circle! They decorated the entire place in Harry Potter for the month of October. Major props to the manager for being so festive. This definitely sets them apart from every other fast food restaurant.

The high school across the street keeps this place alive. Ive never been there for lunch, but the rest of the time its dead. Food is good. Another typical fast food joint. We usually go here for ice cream or shakes.

I come to this place everyday after school and have never been as disrespected as I did today by Lisa or lisam, she looked very unhappy and her bad vibes made me feel bad and disrespected, I feel emotionally harassed.

There is always a line in the drive thru and the inside of the restaurant is sometimes dirty. Despite that, the employees are awesome and the food is always worth the wait!
