There should be a ZERO rating for this ridiculous place, I have been going there for years and never had a problem till recently. They must have got new management recently that does not have an idea on what they are doing. My family and I waited 40 minutes to get seated, then got seated and waited 15 minutes for someone to recongnize we were there. Finally I got up and was walking towards the manager that was already getting yelled at by another customer for their horrible service, then a gal stops me and asked if I have been helped I told her not in the last 55 minutes NO. I then told her, when that so called manager gets done with getting yelled at over there, send him my way. He finally came over to our table and had the nerve to ask whats the problem. I explained that I have waited over 55 minutes and I am pissed off at this point, not to mention that is was my wifes birthday and they ruined that. Thanks A-HOLES. I then told him I would take this to a corporate level vs talking to him which will get me no where. I called the corporate office in CO and they told me they handle things at the store. I then went on to telling them well that is not the way I want them to handle my situation. I finally got a call from the manager from the Gilbert Location and he said they were very sorry and wanted to know what he can do to make things right. I told him, they will be giving me my money back and we will call it a wash, which they did do a week later. I still have not heard back from the Corporate office in CO and it has been over 2 months now. Great Job Corporate Office you really care about your customers. FIND ANOTHER LOCATION TO GO TO, THIS ONE IS A JOKE>!!!!!!!!!

Ive been to this Red Robin before, but this was about one of the worst experiences Ive had at a restaurant. My friend had ordered a burger with a few customizations that were not difficult and their garlic herb fries instead of the regular. The burger they brought out didnt have any of the changes requested and didnt have the right fries. In addition to that, my fries were completely cold. While I understand that mistakes happen, when they took his burger back to fix it, they took the same pattie from the incorrect burger and threw new ingredients on top of it with a new bun... (so now the meat was hardly warm). We could tell this was the case because my friend wanted cheddar cheese instead of american, and we could easily see the new slice of cheese on top of the old one. Not only that, but the burger was still incorrect! Additionally, it took two more attempts to try and get new fries for myself. Our server also thought it was appropriate to give an excuse as to why it was messed up... We wanted food, not an excuse. The manager came by to see if we needed anything, but we just wanted the check. Due to the experience, I was expecting some kind of discount of the bill, even a small one, but we were charged in full. Very frustrating. I do work in a restaurant, and if an experience like this occured, I would absolutely be discounting the meals, or possibly no charge at all. If I want to go to Red Robin in the future, its likely not to be at this location.

Wow, what an awful manager. My husband, our five-month old and myself met for lunch with a friend who is in her last stage of her pregnancy. Its Arizona. It is hot. We were told because we had a baby we would have to wait 30-45 minutes for a table, when the bar area was virtually empty. My husband finally just grabbed us a table in the bar because our friend was getting extremely uncomfortable standing outside in the hot sun. The manager stopped by several times to glare at our table (where our baby was asleep, mind you, and there were several other open tables), so finally I stopped her to say thanks for not kicking us out, as you can see my friend is VERY pregnant, and its very hot. To which she replied, "Its not THAT hot" and walked away. I couldnt even reply to that, I was so astonished at her lack of respect and service. Go to the Red Robin by Chandler mall. Their staff is MUCH nicer and actively try to help out where they can with clients with any disability or someone who clearly needs to be seated.

I keep getting more and more disappointed in this place. The service has gone downhill completely, you get ignored and takes for ever for the server to come to your table. Today, I ordered food online to go and I got a Caesar salad and bowl of soup. The salad came as two long pieces of lettuce with dressing all over it (with to gos dressing should be on the side) and the lettuce was brown. The soup was completely watery and the garlic bread from the soup and salad was missing. When I called, the manager seemed to not care and kept giving me excuses. My husband went back to get the replacement order and again the soup was watery and the salad now was just plain lettuce (not romaine) no cheese and only one piece of bread. I am disappointed with how management seems not to care about the food because when I eat there, the food is great. So I have two choices, eat good food in house with awful service or get bad food to go. I just wish the managers actually cared and didnt make excuses.

Just moved to town and we found the San Tan shopping area. Took a break from shopping to try out Red Robin for the first time. Menu had a nice selection to choose from. I had a burger and my wife had the chicken salad. While we were waiting for our meal, we went to the rest rooms to wash our hands. Restrooms were really clean, which matched the rest of the restaurant. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant to deal with. She was johnny on the spot with an ice tea refill along with a second batch of the fries (which we found out were bottomless - infinite refills on fries!). Burger ended up being delicious and the chicken salad was what you expect...crisp veggies and good chicken. Overall a great experience.

We ate dinner here and found it to be an unsanitary mess. Our table was presented with the same grease and droppings that were left by the previous patrons, the floors were disgusting, and everywhere you looked was caked in food or dust. If it looks like that in the lounge think what it looks like in the kitchen. Aside from the lack of cleanliness the service was dismal. The waitress seemed to disappear for twenty minutes at a time. A manager did come by and ask how the food was. The food was fine, but Ive had better food at the Red Robin on Superstition Dr. We come to Reb Robin due to servicing an allergen need, but we wont be visiting this location again.

Theyve invested in the technology to let you know how long it will take to get you seated (they even text you your estimated wait time every 10 min!!), but chose to essentially not use it. Instead of making a reservation, waiting until you have 10-15 mins to go, making your way down to their restaurant, and being being seated, they instead opt to have you make your way down to their joint with your family, require you to hang out in front of thier restaurant for 40-60 minutes, as you huddle with the masses waiting to be seated, only to have a server yell at you saying "your table is ready." Essentially making your USE OF TECHNOLOGY USELESS!!!!!!!
