i was hooked on Jersey Mikes sub shop for a while, which is right next door, & noticed this place but never went in. My brother, who is a vegan, went there & kept prodding me to try it. I hesitated as I just assumed, quite mistakenly, that it had to be one of those "new age hippie joints", especially if my brother was so excited about it. So, about 6 months ago, I finally gave it a shot. Man, was I ever wrong! The burgers, though not the biggest Ive eaten, are SO tasty! Thats what happens when a restaurant uses the highest quality beef that has never seen the inside of a freezer. And the french fries, like every thing else here, are cut fresh every day and are thick with the skins left on. I am not an onion ring guy, but they are HUGE & every one seems to really like them. The staff is very personable and always makes sure that you are satisfied. Anyway, Smashburger used to be my favorite chain burger place. But Burgerfi is by far a big cut above them & every other similar type of restaurant. The ONLY downside is that they are a bit on the pricey side. But, like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. And I happily pay a little more to come here.

Good burgers. Large portions on fries. A little on the expensive side. Update: Been here four times now, two of the times we have had problems with our orders coming out wrong and being out of stuff, or our food being given to the wrong person and having to wait another 15 minutes to remake it. A 50% good service rate is unacceptable with a place that charges $31 for 2 burgers, 1 fries, and 2 drinks. They should have stellar food, service, and customer service when they mess up! The last time we went there and they gave our order to someone else, after they were eating it for 5 minutes, they noticed it was wrong, so they brought it back to the counter, and the clerk tried to give it to us. I told them I didnt want food someone else had been eating. I am pretty sure that is a health code violation. After complaining to the manager, he did give us a $10 gift card on a $31 order, which was a little disappointing since we wont be back.

I had the best restaurant experience ever with the family, beer and hands down the best burger that Ive eaten to date. This place is very clean, friendly, fast, healthy and tasty. The gentlemen behind the counters were nice and full of smiles. Happy employees+Happy food= Happy customers. You guys have earned a new lifetime customer. I thought that this was a trendy fad that would eventually fade away until I went to work to sing praises about this place but it turns out that this place has been in business for a while, which is good to know. This amount of quality of service doesnt usually last long but thats not the case with these guys. Oh and by the way, 5 guys aint got nothin on this place.

Stopped by here on a Sat night for a burger. Service was friendly & relatively quick. Hamburgers were fresh, not, & juicy. Fries are delicious! Onion right were very average, though. Theyre way too big to eat easily - I could easily have worn one as a bangle bracelet. The taste wasnt great enough to overcome the clumsiness o trying to eat them. This place is OK. If Im in the neighborhood, Id eat there again but I wouldnt make it a destination. Just stick w/ the fries & forget the rings. I also thought it was kinda pricey for what we got? One single burgher, two of their signature burgers, one order @ of fries & rings & 2 small drinks came to $37.

The burgers are nothing special. They are smaller than you would expect. The person at the front was not old enough to serve beer or wine and had to ask for help from the kitchen staff. Then the kitchen person had attitude, because she was pulled from her duties. I ordered the cry/ fry combination, but got regular fries. I get back in line request my cry/ fry order. I get the order in a Togo bag when I wanted them in a tray. The waitress leaves the order on the bag and gets me a tray.. not to mention one of the staff members was full hickies! I will not be back.

This is the best burger place ever! It has amazing fries to. They have ice cream with toppings , huge onion rings , great customer service. All natural ingredients to! You can order out to! They even ask you of you want to have them make the fries when your there (which only takes about 4 minutes) so there crispy or after the phone call. The way everything is set up to looks really nice. They even have one huge fan to save energy. I stingy recommend this place if your craving burgers. Its a lot better than McDonalds.

Food is absolutely delicious and on point. No hormones, no antibiotics and fresh and incredibly tasty. They cater to low carb and make lettuce wraps burgers, but then they also make amazing burgers like the breakfast style and 28-day aged beef burger. They have a vegetarian burger which looks amazing and the each sauce is made with love. Love the industrial gastropub type ambiance and Sean (taking our order) was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Kudos! Great customer service, and delicious parm garlic fries!

ZERO COMPLAINTS! First time. Ordered to go thru the app, food was hot & ready on time. First of all, loved the packaging. My food stayed hot for the drive home and some. Onion rings were HUGE. Had the Cry+Fry, it was a bigger order than expected. Had that with the Bacon Cheeseburger. I was surprised to see Yelp reviews below 4 stars. Some people just like complaining I guess. As for me, I can definately have this again! Wanted a cream soda, but they were out. Next time Ill try the shake too. Super stuffed! Enjoy!

The burgers are much smaller than they appear in the menu pictures. The standard meat burgers taste well but are nothing overly special, although you can order them with a variety of different toppings including a fried egg. My favorite was "The Twenty Eight" an aged beef brisket patty with blue cheese. The french fries come in large portions and are "natural cut." They have some local beer and wine available by the glass. The onion rings are made from GIANT onions and are very good.

Small greasy expensive burgers! 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks cost $35!! Nothing too special about the taste.. burgers are too greasy and almost taste alike. and too small for the price.. its the size of a big mac Would be worth it if burgers were really exceptional. I hate it when businesses double charge you claiming they offer a different experience... apparently they also make their own coke because their soda is for $3

For a burger joint this place is a keeper. We will be back. I had the brisket burger with bleu cheese and swiss. OMG my mouth is watering just thinking of how delicious it was. We also ordered a bucket of permesian and herb fries. That was a lot offries for 4 people. We took 3/4 of them home. The atmosphere is family friendly and very welcoming. The staff was courteous and friendly as well. Well be back soon.
