We enjoy going to Arctic Circle. Unfortunately your hamburger patties have tiny chucks of bone fragments. I almost chipped my tooth 3 times (I stopped eatting my burger). My wife had the same bad experience. An attendant made her routes checking on guest making sure the customers were doing fine. When she asked us, we told her about the small bone fragments. Then we showed her. She apologized and showed the manager. She said other customers complained about the same thing. She offered us free desserts, but we were okay - very kind. This has happened before. Even while the manager reviewed these bone fragments, I took another bite and pulled out two more bone fragments. For us this could be an expensive dental fix. Must be the vender not Arctic Circle. However I think well just stick to shakes when we visit Arctic Circle next time:( Thanks, I hope this review helps others.

My brother and I went last night to get a milkshake and some food. We had 3 cars infront of us and it took 30 minutes to even get to the window. To me thats crap! And when we got there the girl that was at the window laughed the whole time. I understand how to work a drive-through at a place like that should never take that long. And when I got my chicken sandwich it was cold! I honestly dont think we will return to this location due to the fact that we had to wait that long, the girl at the window was soooo unprofessional, and my food was cold. Id give this store a lower star if there was an option. (My brother who came with me is in the middle of chemo and hard for him to get out of the house he was craving icecream and thought you guys would be a good place to go:/ he got his icecream but was sick by time we got home due to being out of bed that long) very disappointed!!!

I was pleasantly surprised with how good my salad was. Grilled chicken something in a crispy tortilla shell that wasnt bad at all. Nice. But it wasnt what I wanted. I wanted a big old greasy cheeseburger with fries and a glutinously sugary beverage. Thats what I wanted but Im getting older and I just didnt dare roll the dice at a place like Arctic Circle. But the kids meal presents were Peppa Pig which absolutely nailed it for my daughter who hung like a monkey from the play place right next to our table THE WHOLE TIME. Burgers for everyone else were ho-hum but thats Arctic Circle. Oddly, the fry sauce there is just a little off--not bad or gross, just not my favorite mayo to ketchup ratio, you know. Kinda picky with my fry sauce bro.

I used to go to the Artic Circle in Saratoga Springs and the service there was always so professional and quick. However the Artic Circle in Highland had the worst customer service Ive ever seen! and I dont expect much from a fast food joint run by teenagers, but they all were laughing and yelling at each other and the young gal that helped us with our order kept stopping in the middle of our transaction to yell back at her co-workers. Just wasnt even pleasant to sit and eat, hearing the employees yelling and screaming and even cursing to each other. Overall super unhappy with my experience.

Love Arctic Circle but this location needs some leadership and training on customer service.Some days it takes more than 10 minutes to get food, shakes or anything really. Also the lobby is generally in disarray and needs to be cleaned more regularly. This particular visit we waited longer than 25 minutes, cold food and when brought to staffs attention they really had zero idea on what to do unfortunately.

The end of the corn dog was completely burnt off and the hot dog portion underneath was dry and shriveled (see Yelp for pictures, Im not kidding). It looked like a gas station hot dog that had been there forever. Mint Oreo shake was runny with hardly any Oreos mixed in. It was our first time to this location and well never be back. Dont go there. Take a little drive to JCWs or CHOM instead.

Food is good but service is terrible. Dont bother with the drive-thru if there are cars in line. Every time I go there, the wait is over 20-30 mins. Last time there, I waited 20 mins to get to the window but my order wasnt ready so I pulled up and waited. Looking in, none of the employees looked busy and my order was pretty sloppily put together.

The service was slow and the employees were messing around inside. Making jokes about how they are so busy that they cant get to customers right away when there were only two inside. I just ordered shakes and it took them just under 20 minutes. If you dont want to travel far to an actual good one, I guess this place would work.

I had to go through the drive in on my bike because I dont own a car, and I couldnt leave it unattended. When I had waited for no cars (so I wasnt in their way) I waited for them to ask my for my order. After a few minutes, they simply refused my service. I am angry because I cant have my simple order of a large fri. Jerks.

This place is so cold! And not just because I ordered a milkshake. We walked in and it felt like a refrigerator and there are no tables outside to eat. Make sure you bring a jacket and some hand warmers if youre going. The food was good though. That Moosetrack milkshake was super heavy on the fudge so watch out for that!

Waiting in drive through for ~30 mins. 8:30-9:00pm. Watched as the staff goofed around through the windows as i waited. 3 other cars drove off without paying before I got to the window. When I got to the windows the manager refused to do anything to make it right with me. On top of the wait, my order was wrong.

If you like fast food, its great. The shakes are great and theres a variety of different types of food—everything from burgers and taco salad bowls to halibut and gyros—but its typical greasy fast-food. This location has a nice play area for the kids.

I got 1 item on my order. Waited for the next..then it seemed like they were done. I had to stand at the counter and tell them each thing to make to complete order. Not very clean behind the counter. Nice enough people though.

Kind of disappointing. Youd think that at 3:10 in the afternoon youd get prompt service. I had to wait over 10 minutes to get food and when I did, the burger was hardly warm.

I go for a run up there all the time and the service is GREAT and courtesy cones????? Kudos to the guy that invented those!!!! Halibut N Fries is by far my Favorite tough!

Rubber Hamburgers and many of my fries did not have anything inside them but air. Shake are the saving grace of this location.

Too slow for the drive in service! Almost every time I use this location it is so slow. Too bad because I like their shakes.
