Please read this... This is not a post about how awful their food it, I dont mind it. For fast food its adequate. I went to pick up breakfast and ordered a number 6. It was listed as $4.19. I substituted a Diet Coke for the coffee. The guy rang me up at $5.09 plus $.49 for a drink upgrade. When I asked why I was getting charged $5.09 instead if $4.19 he said thats just the price. I told him the drive-thru menu says 4.19. He then said its because I got a drink upgrade so I asked then why are you charging me and extra .49 cents? I understand he is just the button pusher so I get that this is out of his control. My problem is that he tried to tell me I was wrong. I asked him to explain the pricing and he couldnt. I decided to just leave cuz I was really annoyed. I get that this is a difference of like a roller, I dont care about that. Its a matter of principle to me. I called a spoke to a manager who oddly was very flustered as I asked her simple pricing questions. She gave me the most ridiculous excuses like how when I upgrade to a soda it comes in a different cup so I have to pay a drink tax. I tried to explain that I was fine to pay the .49 cent drink upgrade and how my price should be $4.19 plus .49 and not $5.09 plus .49 cents. I told her it would be cheaper for me to order the croissant which, tots and drink separately and she told me exactly...???WTF??? Bottom line is Im suspicious they do stuff like this all the time and squeeze a dollar or two extra out of every order. I dont think most people would have noticed what happened. Ill be going back to test my theory. If anyone has the same experience please post. Also, the manager there is a moron and has zero math skills as I asked her what $4.19 plus .49 cents equals and she couldnt figure it out. I dont get why she just didnt say "oh it looks like either our menu prices havent been updated or our system hasnt been updated." I would have bought that more than "youre paying for a drink cup federal tax that cost $1.49"...???? Anyway, I feel better now that Ive vented but I would be curious if anyone has had a similar experience.

I cant even give this place a single star. I use to work here and you want to know how they make the food here? They fry and grill up the food and put them in containers under a heat lamp. Sometimes this food will be sitting for hours under the lamps and will become crusty and rubbery and the employees will put it in your meal without hesitation. If you complain about the food being old you are right, sometimes this food is a couple hours too old. The bacon you get on your food is cooked in the morning and placed in a container under the tables all day long. So that Bacon king your eating right now has dried up bacon that is at least 10 hours old and sometimes it will come from the day before. The cleaning behind the counter is also a major health violation. You might end up with cleaner in your fries or some weird black gunky grease in your sandwich. I dont know about the employees working now but the ones that I have worked with basically smoked most of their shift and immediately went to make your food without properly washing their hands and putting on gloves. Most of the time people didnt even wear their gloves when they were rushed. Corporate was annoying to deal with because they never cared to help you out and they didnt seem to want to give us new machines to cook the food. The icee, broiler and ice cream machine are broken down so thats why most of the time you go in there they wont serve you what you want. On top of that the employees have stolen money from the cash registers and from other coworkers. Honestly I am surprised no one has died from eating their food yet and I still wonder why people come here to eat. this place is disgusting, even more behind closed doors.

The deal with this place is customer service. That really can ruin the experience. My wife went through the drive-thru today and received a bad experience. - First, she was asked to move to the front because something was still cooking. No big deal. - Once the food came out they had given her tator tots instead of chicken nuggets. Again not a huge deal, this happens. - My wife went back in line to make the switch and the girl at the window treated her as if she was lying. My wife showed her the receipt and the tator tots and the girl just shut the window. - 15 minutes later they came back with fries instead of chicken nuggets and made my wife wait again for the chicken nuggets. My wife got home and called (she rarely does) and the manager apologized and stated that the employee was new. As a person who manages teams that communicate with customers, clients, or businesses, you can justify job knowledge and a mistake every now and then, but if the employee is not trained to be nice and helpful, then it does not matter.

Worst ever. I waited 20 minutes in line and order two double cheeseburgers with pickle only. I asked that they be slightly microwaved before they were given to me. I drove off and opened the wrapping from the Cheeseburgers and they did not have pickles, but they did have mustard and ketchup, just the opposite of what I ordered. The attendant at the woman said they were slammed, short handed and was sorry that the service was so slow. I must admit, I have gone to this Burger King on other occasions and the service is ALWAYS slow. I called and spoke with the manager Michael who said he was short handed, had new employees and was busy cooking and could not take down my name and number. He did offer to make my order right if I could come back which was not a possibility.

Went there today at 8 AM to order the amazing breakfast I love getting at Burger King. I pulled in to the drive through to order only to be told ,after 5 minutes of trying to get their attention, that they were closed! Their store hours are 6am to 12 am so being told this was rediculous, they should be open when they say they are! I never know why I come to this store, they always burn our food, the sausage patties never taste good and they are always arguing. This place is horrible, I would never recommend this location. If you want good Burger King food I highly recommend the american fork Burger King, they are nice and open at 6am and the food is never burnt over there plus its only a few minutes away from this location.

Ordered the 5 for 4 deal @ 11pm on Saturday night (literally no one else in line), was asked to pull thru and wait for nuggets since they had to make fresh ones, waited approx 8 min total for food, 2 of 4 nuggets were so under cooked I could not even eat them (they were the entire reason I had to wait in the first place), and to top it all off they didnt even give me the cookie...If this is how they handle an order with only one to deal with I would hate to see how bad they mess things up if they actually had a few customers at the same time...I know I cant expect much but at least cook my food and give me my entire order.
