I went to this Arctic Circle location just last night to get 2 of their delicious 1/2 pound burgers. Ill admit the wait time was a bit lengthy but they gave me a free small dipped ice cream cone and a free large fries. But seriously, Arctic Circles fries are the best in the entire fast food industry and that 1/2 pound burger cant be beat. Ive eaten at a ton of Fast Food and Restaurant locations and I still say Arctic Circles 1/2 pound burger w/bacon beats them all with the only exception to In and out burgers Double Double burger but In and out burgers fries are blah grossness compared to Arctic Circles deliciousness fries from heaven. I will warn you that their prices are higher than most of the competition but you actually get what you pay for. If your buying fast food its going to make you fatter either way. I say screw it you might as well get something fattening that tastes good. The half pound burger combo is a delicious guarantee! They also have a great beverage that most places dont carry called a lime ricky and also cherry lime ricky which are delicious.

Ive been there three times and last night was the last. The service is poor and the workers are untrained and pretty rough looking. It would be a great place for half-way house or residential treatment folks to find employment, but not the place for a hungry customer looking for value-priced fast food (i.e. cheap). The food was too pricey, the wait too long, and the staff too untrained and hung-over to make the meal satisfying. The boy last night giving orders was hatless with stringy greasy hair. It did not look hygienic. Customers kept coming to the counter with order problems. The staff lost control for about 20 min. while I was waiting for a single shake priced at three and half bucks. There are lots of other choices for fast food to consider this one.

I dont write a lot of reviews but here it goes. Firstly when I went to order my meal I was asked to up size my order, I said no thanks and went up to the window. I had a coupon with me and gave it to her, I know she didnt put the coupon on the meal then I paid and went home. Once I got home I realized that she did upsize the order and didnt use the coupon. Im pretty upset at this point. Ive been trying call the manager of the Lindon offices for a month about this but finally today he answered. He thought I was lying to him cause I didnt remember the exact order! Are you kidding me?! Im never going here again, And I suggest you do the same!

Well....its OK. All the comments about the Lindon shop, both bad and good, have happened to us, as well, so I wont repeat. I dont know who owns the chain, but it must be someone local. If management reads any of these comments (which I doubt), I would tell them that if you didnt have the shakes, youd have empty restaurants. The quality of the food has slowly declined over the last three or so years. Too bad. We still go there occasionally for the shakes and the senior discount, but its not as good as it used to be.

This place is a freaking joke. We came here to get a shake through the drive thru. The girl didnt even respond back to us after we had ordered. We pulled up to the window and she was completely disrespectful and RUDE! Not only that, she forgot an item we had ordered, AND the shake we did get, had barely anything in the cup! I will NOT be coming back. The workers are ALWAYS rude here. I repeat: DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

This is a nice burger and shake place with a decent play place. The service here is what sets this particular location apart, however. Our last time, the server took the time to tell us about his favorite way of customizing the shake with some extras that he didnt charge us for. They actually seem to care about you enjoying the fast food instead of just getting you on and out. Still just fast food though.

Arctic Circle food is absolute garbage, but we keep coming back for the courtesy cones and the play place, which is also garbage. The floors are always sticky and the bathrooms are dirty. Its a place to play inside in the hot summer (except for when the entire playroom turns into a greenhouse with the windows and lack of AC) or we go when its too cold in the winter to play outside.

The only thing good this place has going for them is the shakes/mix-ins. I have ordered food from this location 2 times, and BOTH times I asked for no mayo on my burger. After confirming at the drive thru window that my burger had no mayo, both times there was mayo. They dont even check to make sure things are right, and its very frustrating.

Yukon gold? You mean grease in solid form. Delicious angus beef? No it tastes like horse meat and I feel like I get bone or cartilege bits each time. Not delicious. Not clean. You might even say this is a landfill of all the gross things collected together to form a group of super nasties.

Well that was the last straw. I cant wait for this place to close so we can get something better in its place. Burnt corn dogs? What happened to arctic circle? Whom ever is running this company should be fired immediately. I remember loving this place as a child. Worst food ever now.

The most horrible restaurant in utah county! We cannot get a hot meal here. 5 blocks away and onion rings were cold the whole damn 30.00 order was cold! I will never go there again. Very horrible service too! 25 minutes at the drive through wait spot for cold food!

I have been to this location twice now and the first time was what you would expect the second time "Not so much". I received somebody elses order and when we went back they said and I quote! "Get the F@#< out of here Army Boy"? Thats the end of my business going their!

Four stars for a fast food restaurant, but dont expect more than fast food quality from them. Their shakes are their strength and they do a great job of keeping their play area clean. The staff is always friendly and theyre consistently speedy in the drive through.

My kids like the play area and the kids meal choices are better than other places. It is not the cleanest but the food is good if you stick to the burgers and ice cream. The malts are good and its one of the only places you can still get a malt.

i ordered a combo meal the onion rings were luke warm, the bacon cheese burger that tasted like it was microwaved and days old. I willnever order a burger from there again. My lime ricky never came either.... worst experience at a n Artic Circle
