I waited over an hour for my food to be delivered. I called to inquire about the delay. It seemed that they forgot to put the order in and requested that I wait an additional 10+ mins. for delivery. I DECLINED!!! There food is expensive compared to their competetors menus. I do not want to eat anything that was quickly thrown together. They should have been professional and called ME to inform me that there will be a delay. Or show they valued me as a customer for example: they would have charged me 50% off the meal or added a complimentary soda or something to compensate tor the excessive lateness. Hopefully they will read this review and improve in their services so they do not loose other customer or have another negative review posted. Update: Moments after I posted this review the delivery arrived (Although I canceled it). The delivery man was polite and apologetic. so I paid and tipped him. It was not what I ordered and all the condiments were missing. I called and asked for a refund and for them to take the order back. the man and delivery person were apologetic and polite and gave me a refund. Hopefully they will improve in their business practices. Based on other reviews of similar complaints (That I seen upon posting my review) I recommend that you place your order hours in advance. Pro: Staff seem polite and pleasant on the phone. Cons: Poor customer services, wait over an hour for delivery, order is not as requested. I like to think of everyone as good people with good intentions. And give everyone a benefit of a doubt. Perhaps they are under staffed, or something. But what ever their reason I hope they get it together. There are not many vegetarian restaurants in this neighborhood, or restaurants that serve a healthy vegetarian selection. I hope they get it together fast. I wish them all the best. I changed my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star because they promptly returned my money and suggested I keep the meal although it was NOT what I asked and I can not eat it. but at least their gesture was considerate. I cant rate how the food taste it is not what I eat. Except for the samosa which tasted ok/good. plain white rice. Im about to get a real meal that we will enjoy.

11/26/2016 We ordered vegetable pakoras and they were terrible. They tried to tell us hat this is how they should taste. So pakoras should taste terrible? My friend had pakoras many times and he said they were terrible. The naan was rubbery and doughy.. They offered no refund but that it would be better the next time. I had hoped that it would be good I am disappointed at the lack of a response. I hope they go out of business if they already have not.

This place is amazing!! Seven of us went there to celebrate my nieces graduation. We there Friday afternoon and we practically had the whole restaurant for ourselves to take lots of photos, the ambience is very nice and cozy my the way. Our waiter was very accommodating to us, we got lots of food for our money and the food tasted great!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Do not order from this place. Poor service. The restaurant charged my bank account for food that did not arrive. After waiting an hour and half, I called the restaurant was told that the food was on its way. Another hour and half past so I called the restaurant again and the restaurant claimed it never received my order. Yet, my bank shows a charge. Awful.

Amazing restaurant! Great service and good price... mostly if you go at lunch time you get a discount or you can order online at get 5% off. Very flavorful, aromatic, amazing combination of spices with salty and sweet flavors. Excellent curry, rice and tomato soup. The personal is very kind and courteous. Very happy with my experience.

Waited over two hours for our food, called 3 times and it was always "out for delivery" called one last time (after two hours) and they asked us if we wanted it sent out and we said yes, never showed up and just went to bed instead. I used to love this place but will no longer be ordering from here.

Ive tried several Bangladeshi and Indian restaurants in Queens and Brooklyn and this is the very best. They are so great at cooking every dish. I liked the special mixed meat biriyani most, but everything else are good too. They are very humble and good hosts as well.

Chicken tikka masala dinner special, naan, samosas, condiments out the wazoo. I am in heaven. Lots of food, quick delivery, pickup or in-restaurant service, pretty darn good flavors. Im no expert at Indian food (otherwise why would I get tikka masala) but its YUMMY.

Theyre located less than a mile from our apartment and we waited for 2 hours for our food. We called once at 45 minutes, then twice more every twenty minutes after. Every time, it was supposed to be out for delivery. Food never showed up. Never going back.

Really nice Indian restaurant with a good variety of food. They also do delivery and have daily specials. Ordered several times and it never disappointed. Samosa, curry, tikka masala are really good. Id definitely recommend this place for visit.

Found this place out last week and have been there 3 times since. One of the best Indian restaurants Ive been to in NYC. Great service, cozy atmosphere and really good true Indian food. Plus the prices are more than fair.

You should better hire someone who knows how to make Paratha. Paratha isnot the way that should be deep fried as samosa. Peeps if you want deep fried samosa like paratha, then you can order else better do not. Thanks

All the staff was really friendly and the food was delicious. I would not recommend getting a medium spicy curry unless you really like spicy food. But I loved everything else.

It was delicious. Took about 40ish minutes to deliver. I got the special, with Banana Pakoras and Curry Chicken. The Naan is great, and it all came with plenty of sauces.
