Really wanted to like but sadly not the case. First dish was stuff olives edible but super salty and heavy. Most disappointing was flavors were not french more Middle Eastern Mediterranean. Second the mac n cheese was quite good the pasta was cook perfectly and the cheese used was pair well but the roux used in the cheese sauce was not throughly blended till smooth. Lastly the game bird pate definitely not pate more of a head cheese its not spreadable and is dense. However, flavor profiles were there the interesting blends of meat and plum added to the mustard and pickled veggies pair with flat bread and toast.

High quality French cuisine done well. Reasonable prices & friendly staff. Good selection of wines by the glass; large selection of wines by the bottle; fairly priced. SUGGEST reservation for weekends & special occasions. Romantic atmosphere good for dates. On-street parking, plus free parking garage 1 block away. [I give 5 stars only for fabulous, outstanding places. Crocodile could earn that 5th star later.]

One of our favorite places in Petaluma. An outstanding, well-curated wine list--many by the glass--, plus inventive, genuinely sourced, tasty food from Chef. The portions are measured, as noted elsewhere, but we never leave hungry. Friendly owners and staff, and dogs can sit with us at outdoors. We wish we had a place like this in Sonoma.

This place was amazing! I went with a friend and I had some carrot chickpea dish that straight up knocked my socks off (and I am a crazy picky eater). Dessert was also amazing. I had the buttermilk chocolate cake. I really look forward to going there often.

Nothing special, rude waiters, food different than the menu, agonizingly slow service, never felt welcomed and I threw away my leftovers - dont bother going - go to LA Gare Instead

Best natural driven wine list north of rhe Golden Gate. Great service, amazing comfortable vibe and the food is second to none. Best restaurant in petaluma by far!!
