My family and I have always enjoyed MOD pizzas service and food. Exceptional staff and quality pizza. Tonight, however, we had a less than stellar experience. We ordered online and when we arrived I expected the customary greeting from the mod squad but nothing. It was not overly busy but everyone seemed sullen. I stood at the pickup counter for about 7 minutes and no one asked me if they could help but they offered to help a young lady who came up behind me. I didnt say anything because I did not want to be rude. Eventually someone asked if they could help and I said I was there to pick up pizza, all he did was inform me that they were paid for. I continued to wait and the gentleman working the oven completely ignored us. After nearly 20 minutes someone asked if I gotten my pizzas yet to which I said no. They found them warming above the oven. On top of that one of the pizzas had mistaken toppings. This does not change our opinion of MOD pizza, we still love it and will keep eating there. Maybe everyone was having a bad day. On a positive note the gentleman who finally found the pizzas offered to help me out to our car since I was carrying my infant child. It was just a little thing but it was so shocking and unusual I wanted to express concern

Im not one to criticize any food establishment local or corporate. But when you got patrons that come to pay for what it is you have to offer you must do your best to accommodate a paying customer. To the corporate chefs who designed the so called "MOD" real fast Pizza, I strongly suggest before you face a major litigation on the grounds of allergen concerns against your so called fast Pizza that you start labeling Your food items that in which You use as your unique sale point to your customers and also to speed up your so called real fast pizza line and maybe prevent your line cook from rudely telling customers not to put their finger on the glass case. How do you expect to give your customers the privilege and satisfaction to choose their selections on your glass casing Lol! but offer no clue what in captain crunches name your mystery meat is with no labeling . Nothing personal I just happen to also be a customer on the other side of the kitchen!!!

$9 for a fully customized pizza with a slew of ingredients... nothing costs extra. I would eat this everyday if I didnt care about my heart. I have to stop myself from eating the entire pizza. You can split it with someone if youre a light eater. The restaurant lets you split it so you can completely customize each half separately. Usually the staff is awesome, though there was one little girl who got really sassy one time. Probably her first job so I let it slide at the time. And, uh, my wife says they have the best ice... so theres that, too. This place is especially great if you come on a day when they have the auto-shop-style bay doors open to the outside.

There is a lady in here who was so rude to me the service she gave was awful she spent roughly 5min of my time telling me it didnt matter if the pizza was under my sisters name when we were on a separate bill and I explained I wanted my name on it she was working register never had a worse review to give what awful servies there were plenty of people behind me and she had to argue and make a seem next time I will find a way to get ahold of the store owner if I get treated as so again in the pizza place there was a guy with glasses who was friendly and explained a few things to mr

First visit felt rushed and then when my name was called handed two closed boxes. Got part of the way home and realized Im not smelling what I ordered. Had to drive back to see if they had my order. No such luck and I didnt have time to start over. Had to ask for my money back. To their credit they took my first name and said I could get a free pizza next time. I dont live near there so doubtful Id return. Wish theyd spend more time making sure customers get their food. Having to eat stale nuts for dinner was not a great way to start my weekend.

I love this place for gluten free pizza. It is $2 extra for gluten free but you also get a pizza that is larger then their regular. At MOD you can create a custom pizza with whatever they have with as many toppings as you like so each person can get there perfect pizza. They also have salads with the same idea of picking what goes into your salad. I am always happy with my pizza. A tip for the gluten free pizza: ask for them to put the sause/toppings to the edge of the pizza. They cant do it all the way but it will reduce the burnt edges.

Hands down the best pizza around. MODS philosophy is that you can modify any of their menu pizzas, or create your own. They have high quality ingredients, and walk you down an assembly line (much like Subway) where you have a plethora of sauces, cheeses, veggies, and meats to choose from. Pizza bakes fast, and never disappoints. As a vegetarian, it can be very difficult to find places to eat, but at MOD it is super easy to build a vegetarian or vegan pizza. I simply cannot say enough positive things about this place.

First store I have ever been to spell my name correct in 22 years. And I mean every store... ever... most places hear "Brandon" when I say "Brennin". It happens so frequently that I have simply accepted Brandon as my dining alias. Mod not only heard me correctly, with music and talking, but even spelled it correctly instead of the more common "Brennan". Might not be a big deal to some, but thats my name and theyre the firsts to get it right. That and reasonably priced good pizza makes this a new favorite for me.

Our family is visiting from Europe. We told them about going down the line and picking the ingredients you would like to have on your pizza. Instead we picked the sauce and one topping then the crew put putt pizzas in the oven. They were upset with us cause we wanted to view the ingredients instead of list them off as if we had committed them to memory. Very upset with our visit. Definitely didnt show or guest their best tonight.

We love the Mod experience and the food, but increasingly notice their customer service is waning - sullen faces on staff, especially those calling out pizzas, employee being corrected by a supervisor with a long conversation right next to people eating in dining room rather than in private away from diners, maybe just needs a little adjustment to get things working smoothly to keep up the quality of experience.

Best pizza for the price, choose from their menu, customize it if you want, or build your own. All the toppings you want, one flat rate. It doesnt get better than that, oh wait, yes it does, because the pizza is delicious too. The drink options are pretty good as well. They have coke products, sure, but they also have some really good teas and lemonades. I found my new favorite place to do pizza.
