When eating in Healdsburg you have to expect to pay a bit more for what you order. I accepted this as fact before going in and ordering my Detroit Chili Dog. Between that and the order of onion rings and soft drink, the bill was just slightly north of $16. The food arrived and the standard sized dog was pretty much buried below the cheese I paid extra for and my hopes rose. The onions I also had ordered for the dog were there too. I cut into my dog and found the barely any chili. In fact I could barely taste either the chili or the dog as the cheese seemed to overpower all. I ended up drowning most of my hot dog with one of several different types of mustard. The onion rings on the other hand were some of the best Ive ever had anywhere. Those onion rings saved my meal and kept this place from me giving it a lower rating. Now all that said, the place has some obvious potential to redeem itself on my next visit. Some of the hamburgers I saw getting served looked just awesome. Also there is plenty of good beer on tap there should I stop by again while not during my work day lunch. And of course there are a lot more hot dogs to try than just what I ordered. I truly am looking forward to my next visit here, and hopefully Ill be able to give it another star.

Have eaten there several times and the food is good. We happened to go on Tuesday this week 01/26/2016. The sign in the window said Smash Burger Tuesday 5 Dollars. My wife and I ordered 2 Smash Burgers and an order of onion rings. She went to the restroom while I payed. I did not pay much attention when I signed the receipt. While sitting and waiting for my food I looked at the tag. We had been charged $9.00 dollars for the smash burgers. I went back to the register and was told that we had to Ask for the 5 dollar smash burger because it is made different. It is really a Jr. Smash burger not a Smash Burger. This would be like going to Burger King getting the posted special Whopper with Cheese and paying for it and being given a Whopper Jr. My card was supposed to get a refund of the difference but two days later just the original charge. Dishonest and BAD COSTUMER SERVICE for this.

First of all I would like to say that the waitstaff and owner all have treated us kindly and professionally. I am a big believer in giving restaurants a second and third chance because after all everyone can have a bad day right?. Overall the food is great, service is much better than I would expect from a quick burger joint. The cooks however are really not the best. Three times now my burger came to me raw and undercooked. Each time these same cooks were working. Each time they kind of rolled their eyes when the problem was brought to their attention. Hopefully this review will motivate the wurst to do some much needed cooks training. F.Smith

Decent food, but nothing special. The place was empty around lunch time, so service was quick, but nothing over the top. My husband ordered a sausage with hot and sweet peppers, but got it with onions and green peppers instead. I ordered the "BLT Chicken Sandwich". From the description I thought it was a BLT + chicken, but it turned out to be a very crispy (and slightly dry) chicken patty. It seemed more like stadium food (average flavor, extra price) instead of a quaint restaurant in a touristy town. Well try something else next time were in the area.

Awesome burger spot! Cowboy burger is amazing. Good quality, good portions, reasonable price, and they got our order finished in under 10 minutes. Great atmosphere too. After that amazing burger and fries, i got up to get some ice cream. Turned around and asked my lady, "you want me to get you any?". She was like, "ask if they have any dairy free!". Gave her the Dwayne Johnson eyebrow. Only pretentious places have dairy free ice cream. This is not one of those places.

The service was lacking but the sausages were great. Good prices for healdsburg as well. I really enjoyed the sauces as well. I was disappointed when I ordered and they said they were no longer selling that item. Update the menu please! After my heart was set, the next best was a tad disappointing. But the sausage was good nonetheless.

Green Bay Brat is really good, Bad Dog is not. Garlic fries were really greasy and covered in a wet garlic mush that made the fries really soggy. Takes a while to get food, waited around half an hour for two Brats and an order of garlic fries during a week day lunch.

A fresh take on a burger-and-dog joint, featuring a variety of fresh homemade sausages from bratwurst to merguez. Theres even a veggie dog. Low-key enough for kids, but variety and quality (and beer on tap) to satisfy hungry parents too.

My sausage-loving son loves the options at this place. The quality is excellent all around including non-sausages. For the less meat-inclined, they also have good options, such as the very yummy falafel burger.

Stick to the sausages because the dessert and sundaes are a joke. $7 bucks for lack luster ice cream and cheap toppings.... and the hot fudge, isnt hot and just chocolate sauce. Amature!

Holy Monkey! Best Brats ever! Yuuuummmyyy!!! If you are close by dont miss out on going here! I actually took my Brat out about mud bun because, the Brat alone was so tasty!
