After years and years of its being our local Sebastopol go-to place for Mexican food (especially for take-out when were tired after a hard days work and just want some of the best Mexican comfort food ever), its about time we give El Tarasco our five-star thumbs up rating and review. The food is consistent, delicious, authentic, fresh and of generous proportions. We love the staff, too. Go for it and you wont be disappointed!

I ordered take out. #3 (2) cheese enchiladas, (1) Ground Beef Taco & Beans. what I got was the, #18 (1) Chile Relleno, rice & Beans. 3 doesnt even sound like 18. its not even remotely close to what I ordered. damn so not happy. I was starving and ate it anyway. I love your place. I just want what I ordered. tried calling no answer peace

Years ago I frequented this restaurant when I lived in Sebastopol. I recently moved back to the area and pleasantly found El Tarasco still in operation. The food, atmosphere and staff is exactly how I remembered. Absolutely superb.
