Just a bunch of high school kids that cant take or cook orders correctly, strongly believe they water down all their sauces, got home to find out 10 of my wings were wrong, drove back uo there to swap it back out, asked them if they were going to give me something for wasting my time and very rudely told be no. No free drink or fries. No discount on my next bill. Nothing. So i guess its your fault if they mess up your order. Get some better staff and figure out why the food sucks because the reviews says it all.

I just moved to this side of town and was very disappointed with my experience. Giving a wait time of 20 minutes to only wait a additional 35 minutes after is ridiculous. To be honest my food was not prepared the way I asked. Knowing that everyone has bad days, I gave them another try and to my surprise the same thing happened. It seems as if teenagers are running the restaurant, which furthermore explains the reasons for poor service. I will never return.

I come here every so often to get some wings. The flavors are ok, but sometimes they are really stingy with how much sauce/seasoning they put on the wings. The fries are delicious with the unique seasoning blend they use on the fresh cut style. The customer service is kind of lacking, could use some retraining in certain areas. The price is a little high so I usually just bite the bullet and pay for it.

I have visited several wing stops in the Dallas, Duncanville, Cedar Hill area. As always, Wingstop is great, but I havent been too impressed with the duncanville and south Dallas locations. This Wing Syop was the BEST. They didnt skimp out on my order and they were really fast!

Two times in a row i order on the app to "avoid the wait" and i show up to the place, pay for the food and wait 30 to 45 minutes for the food, the first time it wasnt even made yet. Not organized at all, another time they messed up my order, and food was cold

Went here while visiting the area. The staff here was talking & playing. Ordered 40 wing fam pack 4 different flavors. They stuffed 20 wings in each container & sauce was spilling everywhere. In other locations usually different flavors had their own box.

The wait is horrible, and the customer service is even worse. You call in an order, they tell you 30 mins, you get there in 30 mins, and have to wait an additional 20 mins before your food is finally ready. I will never go by this location again.
