Went here just the other day and honestly if youre hyped up about the "Loaded Bubble Tea" they offer, then I have some bad news for you. We got seated fairly quickly (roughly 10 minutes) and they immediately set out their "Menus" which were mostly just pieces of crusty old paper that they printed out in the back from the looks of things. they then set out a bottle of what tasted like tap water and 2 very small cups to drink from (Were they trying to save on water or something???) and the waiter left us there to decide on food. 10 Minutes pass and were ready to order but he keeps ignoring us. Then when we finally got around to ordering things it had turned out he got our order wrong after waiting 30 minutes in a hot room with no A/C. A woman came out to us and we corrected it. Flash Forward to 15 minutes of sweating later and the waiter guy comes out again and we have to correct the order yet again! It then took another 15 minutes for our order to come out. All we ordered were 2 loaded bubble teas and some dumplings with sushi. We waited a whole hour in no A/C and it was all very disappointing. Also for whatever reason this is the ONLY Suck It location Ive ever been to that doesnt let you mix flavors. They give you a list of maybe 20-ish flavors to choose from and then they charge you $3 to add reddi-wip, 2 sticks of pocky a store bought powdered doughnut and a store bought macaroon on top and put some generic look-a-like cereal on it with the final result most of the time not even matching up well with your drink (Fruity pebbles and Coffee? Really?). All in all I would rather buy the extra stuff myself and get my bubble tea at a different location. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. Hopefully after the recent flood of business theyve gotten they can afford to fix this dump.

Came here after seeing some pictures of the food and was pretty excited to try it. When we got there there was a 45 minute wait but we said no problem. After we were seated we ordered an appetizer and 4 entries. The appetizer came fast and tasted good. Then came the drooling hour wait for our ramen. When it finally arrived we only received 3 dishes instead of 4. One of our friends did not receive his order and the waitress said it was coming. Then the waitress did not even know what he ordered. He decided he did not want to wait for it after already waiting an hour for it originally. The food was alright but one of the dishes was also cold and was missing several ingredients listed on the menu which led us to believe it was not even the right order. We also had ordered shakes and our waitress kept telling us they would be there soon. Fast forward 40 more minutes then they finally arrived. One of the shakes wasnt even the one that we ordered. They tasted very bland and average. Then we got our bill and they CHARGED us for the missing entry to. This was the last straw and the manager handled the situation but the staff did not care at all that we had a horrible experience and did not bring a manager until I asked for him twice. Horrible experience Meh food Terrible shakes

Bad experience from the moment I walked in. The place was chaos and seemed very understaffed and unorganized. I was there to place a to go order and a sign read to sit at one of the chairs at the bar or outside on the patio to place an order to go. So I sat by the bar for over 10 minutes amd no one approached me to take my order. Then I saw a server near the front so I politely said "Excuse me, who can I place a to go order with"? She was then pulled away by the owner who directed her to another table and she walked away without even answering my question. Then I went straight to a lady at the cash register who I believe is the co-owner, she was nice and took my order right away but recommended I only order food as bubble tea would take a lot longer to make than the food. I said ok and just ordered food which I waited 45 minutes for and a family who walked in after I did and only ordered bubble tea got their order before I even got my food.. Seemed like even people eating there had to wait a really long time for their food. The ramen is prepared nicely but they take forever. I wont be back. The pho at House of Pho in the shoppong center next door was way better and there you dont have to wait almost an hour for it.

Really disappointed, as this restaurant really Sucked It. We tried to go for dinner and stood behind a group of people also waiting for a good 40 minutes at the front of the restaurant, and no staff ever greeted us or told us what was going on. One woman, I think the co-owner, was doing all of the host and wait service work herself and they were grossly understaffed for the amount of demand. On top of that, near the entrance was a ton of clutter, boxes, and trash thrown for everyone to see. If their waiting area looks like that, I hate to think what the kitchen looks like. We left after 45 minutes of waiting, and no one ever took our name or told us what the waiting process was. During that time, one couple was seated, and no one ever went around to take their order. Im guessing if youre reading this, youre excited to try Suck It because of their spotlight video, but it would be best to let them get organized before trying it. To management, HIRE MORE STAFF to handle this demand. Absolutely ridiculous.

Weve been here three times over the last month and each time has been outstanding. The ramen, pho, and sushi have been fantastic, and very well displayed. The decor, while still in progress, holds a very modern feel with obvious Asian influences. The service has been apt, and non intrusive. Anything weve asked for has been delivered with a smile. The prices are fantastic for what you get here. Not much else needs to be said there. The one nit-picky thing I could nag about are the cups. Red, plastic cups that look like they come from a cheap buffet place. Overall, Suck It is a fantastic place to bring your special someone for an intimate bowl of ramen, pho, or taste, beautiful sushi. (You really should see the way they display it) Edit: After a conversation with one of the staff members, it was explained that the cups were chosen due to the family-friendly aim of the restaurant, as children and glass often do not mix.

The staff is absolutely ineffective at ensuring timely service. Most of the staff were standing around instead of helping the hostess and the busboys. Not exactly sure what to suggest to improve that, but having the hostess do way more than any other staff member is a terrible sign for the rest of their operations. Honestly, I dont even know what the food tastes like. It looked amazing, it smelled tantalizing but to have to wait for an hour and a half only to be skipped seating for people that arrived after us was obscene and unfair. I simply left because it wouldnt be right to be treated that way and still pay for it. Lesson learned, dont ever go during peak hours or at least until they come around to how they should operate as a restaurant that doesnt seem to ignore eager patrons.
