Be careful parking at this restaurant!!!!!!! Edo is in a series of strip malls that all have one big parking area. You MUST park in the spots right next to Edo, If you park in the next "lot" (just the next row of spaces, not very obviously separated from Edos parking) there are two guys waiting in that "lot" to get you. As soon as they see you walk into the restaurant they immediately boot your car, and then charge you $70 (cash only) to get your car back. There are a few signs in the forbidden "lot" saying it is for the laundromat, but they are not obvious from most of the spaces in the forbidden "lot". The Edo parking is packed while the forbidden parking is near-empty, except for a set of booted cars. The whole thing is a scam, and particularly maddening because people generally go to Edo with kids or for a birthday, and the whole evening is spoiled by getting your car booted. I suspect the laundromat that owns the forbidden lot itself makes little money and the real payoff is the scam they run in their parking lot. Edo itself is pretty good. It is very crowded - we had a reservation and waited 30 minutes after our reservation time to get seated and another 15 minutes before the chef arrived at our table (admittedly the first 15 minutes was due to the time it took me to yell at the guys out in the parking lot, and the restaurant wouldnt seat our party until we were all actually in the restaurant). The show put on by the chefs and the food were both nice. An alternative is Tengda in Milford - very similar but no parking hassles.

This place used to be awesome, but over time it has become a food factory. People shoved in every corner, even party rooms totally separate from the ambiance of the rest of the restaurant. The food is still good (although our fried rice was actually burnt) but the chefs seem to be worn out and are just going through the motions. Used to be a fun experience, but not anymore. We waited a FULL HOUR past our reservation time - it was that crowded and over-booked. No care at all was given to the birthday picture at the end. Pretty disappointing experience the last two times. Maybe look for another place for a special occasion.

Went last night for the all you can eat sushi deal with some friends... Clearly management wants to cut corners because the sushi bar had ONE server and ONE sushi chef, and the place was PACKED. We waited for 2 hours, ordered 3 times, and got close to nothing we ordered. After they screwed up our order once and lost another order of ours, we got up and left. It is a shame, because the last time I went I was super impressed and was telling everyone I could about how great it was. I guess I should have kept my mouth shut. Until Edo decides to stop being cheap, I do not recommend going.

Love it! Ive gone to Edos at least 10 times and its always been awesome. Sometimes you have to wait but its well worth the wait. Never had a problem with parking or service. Cooks are great and funny. Food is always yummy and drinks are amazingly good. Edo is much better than Budda in Rye Brook and Bonzai in Central Avenue. Besides Im not a person that goes for the sushi I like my food cooked. Plus theyre very quick to clean and servers are relatively fast. Id definitely recommend it. Plus they give you a neat picture on your B-day. And the bathroom is always clean.

They have great food. They cook it.right in front of you. They have a variety of drinks and food. If you order a meal you get an appetizers of vegetables low main shrimp and soup and salad. The chefs are really nice and have a lot of tricks. It is also a great place for birthday parties and they bring you a cheesecake if you tell them it is your birthday. You also get ice cream or sherbert for dessert.

Found a coupon in the local magazine and I found buy one get one free entrees!!!! I looked 3 times and in the most minimal print there was the script that you cant get 1/2 off if you have 4 people in your party..... When do you ever go out and try to get a discount for buy one entree get one free with 4 people... Food was good but the so called coupon was a total rip-off!!!!

Typical hibachi spot. Come for the food and stay for the entertainment. Its always crowded and it is always busy so you know the food is fresh with such a turnover for tables. Check out the other Edos in Pelham but a reservation is highly recommended.

It was disappointing having a Mexican man as our hibachi cook because I like the idea of the Asians doing it since theyre fully experienced on it but it was fun. It was my boyfriend and myself with a family and They got more attention than we did.

We had a good experience with the 3 course meal, we got a miso soup to begin, our rice and meat was fresh, we loved the show that the chef made, it was not so crowded when we went, but we have to wait in order to be seated.
