I ordered phó "to go" because I live 2 min away. The broth was tepid by the time it got poured into my large bowl, had to nook it for 2 minutes just to get hot enough! I ordered the 05: 05. Rare Steak, Well Done Brisket & Beef Meatball PHỞ TÁI, CHÍN, BÒ VIÊN and I didnt get ANY rare steak AND the meatball literally is singular because they cut ONE meatball into quarters. .. but gave me only 3/4!! The broth is ok. No lid for the to go Thai iced tea, and they wont fill up the to go containers of sauce, you may get 2 teaspoons in each. Perhaps dining in gives you better food, I dont know if Ill spend money to find out. Id rather drive into Santa Rosa to get better service and food.

Great food. Lovely atmosphere. Awesome service. Friendly staff. Went here 4 days out of the 5 days i stayed in the area. Tried a different type of dish everyday. I even brought friends here. All were happy. The staff remember the customers and they really looked after us. Would recommend

This is one of the best places to eat in Windsor. The pho is the best that Ive had and their Pad Thai (extra spicy) is KILLER. The staff is as friendly as it gets. Ive yet to take someone here who didnt love it.

Very good place... A hidden gem. Not busy on Saturday night. The shaken beef special was excellent. Competitive with any place in San Jose, which says something.

Always a great place to go for some comfort soup on a rainy day. The chicken salads with rice noodles are great too. I also love the thai iced tea.
