Worst BW3 I have ever been to. A buddy of mine always wants to go here for lunch on Fridays. We have to order online or call ahead, otherwise it has literally taken an hour to bring us wings! Theyre wings, it cant be that hard. So we end up shafting the waitresses of their service because the kitchen is too slow, and we cant take a 2 hour lunch away from work. But it gets worse. Orders are often incorrect. The variability of the amount of sauce is ridiculous, and usually its on the "did you even put sauce on these?" level. I have gotten more sauce when I didnt specify extra sauce than when I have requested extra sauce. And often times, one of the call ahead or online orders is missed, so we end up having to wait an hour for somebody to apparently raise the chicken, butcher it, and cook it just to bring us some wings! I may tag along to hang with the guys going forward after eating my own lunch, but this place isnt getting another dollar from me. What we should do is drive over to Quaker Steak and Lube; sure it would be a longer drive, but wed still get back to work at the same time.....

Came in on a Friday evening at 6:30 P.M., no wait for a table and seated right away. Waitress arrived within 5 minutes to take order. Placed order for appetizer and drinks at 6:40 P.M. Received drinks and waited and waited for the appetizer to arrive. Finally at 7:05 P.M. the appetizer arrived and it was cold. After that was done we had our empty drinks lined up at the end of table however the waitress was too busy in a corner talking with other staff. 7:20 P.M. our food arrived and was okay. We do not know if there was any management working that night due to the staff huddling up and talking instead of doing their jobs.

Always enjoy the food and atmosphere where I go here. So many tvs with different sports games on them. Staff is always willing to change to a different channel for a different game. Wings are deep-fried deliciousness. Kind of wished they had a grilled wing option but oh well. What was a game changer for me was when I learned you can ask for all drums or flats. Ive always liked the flats more so Im very happy they let you do that. I also love the ranch dressing. I should really look into if you can buy a bottle of the dressing, like how you can buy the sauces at the front desk.

One of the girls there served us our food and never came back to check on us. She was standing in the corner playing on her phone the whole time. Wings are good but the service is notoriously bad. Food takes forever and waitresses are surprisingly rude considering their splendid situation. They compensate half-heartedly and you can never find good parking. There are many better places in this area to eat. I would recommend trying Water Street Brewery or The Tap Room in South Milwaukee on Wednesday and Saturday if youre looking for some delicious, cheap wings.

I was totally dissappointed with the quality of the boneless wings. First of all in the menu it stated "lightly" breaded. But when I received my order, there was more breading than chicken wings and the worst tasting wings I ever had, they were similar in quality to KFC boneless hot wings when they had them on their menu a few years ago. It was my first and last visit to this restaurant.

The last time I went to this location for a buffalo chicken sandwich I recived a burger with buffalo sauce on it. Today i decided to give them a second chance and ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with NO lettuce or tomato. I recived a buffalo chicken WRAP WITH lettuce and tomato. Do not even waste your time with these highschool drop outs that are to high to make a sandwich.

Came in to watch a hockey game and my server was leaving and asked me to close my tab with him, OK no problem, but when I dont get service for 45 min not even water with a whole period left to watch... unacceptable... I left to watch the last period of the game somewhere else... but the wings were good so I guess thats the only plus I can say for my experience here...

Very racist against any Arab or Muslim and even African Americans theres a girl named Erica which really her named Erica thats a server very racist she called my daughter Isis she is very rude and the manager didnt even care all he did is just take the money for the order that was not touched but to call my daughter little Isis is a lawsuit coming your way

Service is slow. Food is okay. Every time i take an order to go it's cold by the time i get home. I only live a few blocks away! Been in customer service for over 15 years-not impressed! It's like the staff is waiting for their shift end so they can run out the door. There are a couple of good servers, if you're lucky, you might get one.

Mid afternoon, no not too busy or crowded. A rare chance for my daughter and I (both wing freaks) to dive in. As usual, plenty of sports on TV. Wings were spot on, fresh and hot (temperature). Kudos to Jared - fast, friendly, and attentive. He gave the vibe that he really likes his job and that was refreshing!. Thanks for a good experience!

Not sure why some people give this place bad reviews. Ive come here since it was built and never noticed bad service. I bring my kid and family here all the time. Great place. Not routy at all. My only half complaint/ compliment would be theres not enough space to accomodate "everyone in oak creek" on game days.

its OK, i work right down the road so i go here since it is so close. about 1 out of every 3 times i go i dont like it. Not the best quality meat at times. Its kind of a hit or miss for me, sometimes the food is cold by the time i get back to work and i work right down the road... not even a block away.

I dont usually rate BWWs very high because normally bad service and just average quality wings is the norm. (With the atmosphere conducive to having many friends together being the only positive.) Yet this one is different. Must be managed much better, because the service and food is consistently better.
