My boyfriend and I have been here on numerous occasions. Each time was worse than the time before. The establishment is never super clean. I order online and ALWAYS put in the instructions to put the flavor I get in a separate container from the rest. Its a dry rub and my boyfriend gets wings with sauce on them. Theyve done it once but its no biggie. That is the least of my problems with this establishment. My boyfriend and I picked up an order yesterday, 07/21/17. We asked for 2 extra large ranch and didnt receive them. We also ordered a rootbeer and did not receive that as well. Fast forward to this morning. I woke exploding from either end. Ive gotten sick after eating here before but just assumed it was from something I ate prior to it. My boyfriend and I will never return to this establishment.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order online, and their ordering system did not catch the second part of my message, “PLAIN wings, sauce on the side”. When my order came, all my wings had sauce on them. I called to let the employee who was working know about my incorrect order; he gave me attitude and said that it “was my fault”. I understand that sometime, although rare, computer systems have glitches. I did not call to pick a fight with anyone, I did not call to get a refund; I just wanted them to know that my order was incorrect. Sauce on wings is not a bad thing, I just have my preference. Will not order from Wings Over Milwaukee again because of their atrocious customer service, someone should really train their staff better.

My wife recently ordered online for pick up from this place. I went in to see if the order was ready and was told it wasnt. After sitting for 30 minutes and seeing other customers come in and pick up their orders, I asked if the the cashier if the order was ready. The cashier was unable to find the order for whatever reason. During the 30 minutes I was not asked the order # and was not checked on in regards to the order. When I asked if the order was ready, another associate (maybe the manager) looked up the order with the order number. My food was already cold since it had been sitting for a while on the counter. All the cashier said was "Im sorry". This is the worst customer service Ive received in a while and do not plan on returning.

Wings Over is a great wings place located in a great spot on the Lower East Side. Ive ordered probably 20 or so times over the past year and a half, and my only gripe is quality control. Id recommend getting bone-in despite the added mess because the consistency of the boneless wings is a gamble. Its a toss-up between tender and stringy, tough chicken. Some pieces are small and only breading. I dont remember any issues with the bone-in wings. The food has always came faster than the suggested time. Never had an issue with illness. For your money, you are better off ordering out here than going to sit at BW3s and overpay for smaller wings.

Customer service wasnt rude but was to chill acting for food service. No uniforms and different people walking into the place and entering the kitchen area hanging out. Dirty tables and counter tops. Two girls behind the register putting on lotion and playing on their phones while trash and food was on the tables. Makes me feel like things arent being done right and food safety is a concern. My 10 wings took almost 20 minutes on a slow Tuesday and were soggy as soon as I got them. No parking at all. The lot stays full from the bars across the street. Its pretty hard to completely screw up wing service but these guys managed it.

Website to register and order was a nightmare maze of data entry issues so gave up after a half hour and called in the order. Had to repeat everything because of the loud background noise. Left the building code and apartment number as I am recovering from a hip replacement, yet the driver wouldnt come up so had to send someone else down to retrieve the order. And the food was a horrible disappointment. Ordered the B-1 Bomber, 4 different flavors, one worse than the next. We should have just ordered take out wings from Hooligans up here. Wings are your one job, and it was not done well. Most of it is going in the garbage.

Im so sick of the RUDE customer service. Everytime I go theres some employee standing outside in front of the restaurant door blowing smoke all over the place. I called back 3 minutes after my order was placed to ask if my hot garlic wings could be extra wet and the answer was " yeah that order has been made" REALLY? In 3 minutes. This was my FINAL time eating here. I will take my business to AJ Bombers or Major Goolsbys from now on where customer service is top priority. Oh yeah dont waste your time calling management. They dont care either.

I ordered at 12:30am and waited almost an hour for my food, then saw it was cancelled. I called back to see why, and despite changing my number on my account it didnt change for my order, and they refused to send the driver back. Honestly not the first time Ive had a problem with the service here, I just wanted food after work but because the service sucked once again I didnt get my food. The foods kind of disgusting and the service is garbage, I would recommend any other wing place.

Do not order via Grub Hub, especially past 10 pm. Was unable to confirm the order, even with 3 separate telephone calls (they kept putting me on hold). Then, they called an hour later to cancel the order from their side. Luckily for them, I dont live in Milwaukee so they didnt lose future business. Unfortunately for them, the internet is full of negative comments regarding their customer service. Add this review to the pile.

The food is alright but my God, unbelievably bad service. Was blocked and had a manager threaten to call the police after they lost my order. Confirmed with eatstreet that they had, in fact, accepted my order, and refused to deliver it. Disappointing that a solid restaurant is weighed down by some college nobodies that dont understand how to run a business or treat a customer.

My boyfriend and I Ordered 2lbs of wings last night and woke up this morning very sick! Both of us have been throwing up all day. After calling to let the manager know what has happened he was extremely rude and wasnt helpful at all. Looking at the reviews, other people have gotten sick from here also. Be careful and check your wings to make sure they are fully cooked!

Food came late, had no flavor, they dont label the containers like BW3s (so it is a nightmare to split an order), they didnt include half the side dips we ordered, and the waffle fries were soggy. Furthermore, their ordering system is abysmal. You cant tell what you are even ordering. Do yourself a favor, and dont order from this place.

this was my second time therethe sauce was OK. I ask if you can get your prefer part flats or drummies cause I prefer flats. Why did my 10 piece have only 2 you could have at least half and half but nooo. I guess thats my last time there. The woman who wanted half Jerk half teriyaki. The wings were very big and chewy I will not be back.
