Have ordered here for years and have always had great service! After my daughter called to place an order and was put "on hold" (the phone laid down) for more than 5 minutes and hearing all the goofing off in the background she hung up and decided to call back. Upon my several phone calls back and hang ups by the staff they would not help because they were so busy but you could hear other phone calls being taken care of we will NEVER order from here until they get a better staff in here that knows how to work with customers. Hopefully management gets rid of some of the staff at the front and gives it to people that can work in the high paced environment and know how to keep a smile on their face no matter the situation. -- MOM

Great food, great prices, and very fast! Beyond that, the owner and staff are extremely nice. Very courteous on the phone, and they always suggest things to get you a deal. Update: Unfortunately, I have to change my review. I jumped the gun a little bit. Do not go here any time after about 10pm, they cannot seem to manage to keep track of orders very well which leads to delays and ultimately pretty soggy food. Not sure if its due to management at that time or what but there is a significant drop in quality.

The wings are good but the service was absolutely horrible. The cashier was incredibly rude to my friends and I. We were having casual conversation while we waited to pick up our $60 order in a crowded room. We were then rudely scolded to "keep it down" I was very surprised at the hostility that was uncalled for and it was unbeleivable that an employee would disrespect a customer like that. I do intend to return but this kind of behavior is unacceptable for someone whos job is to service the customers.

The wings are pretty good, but honestly not as good as Buffalo Wild Wings. Customer service is a big issue though. Had a problem with them charging me for a combo when I ordered just wings, AND charging for ranch dressing without mentioning theres an additional charge. The employees treated me as if I was the one trying to scam them when I questioned all this. Very disrespectful in my opinion. Heres one(former) regular customer they lost. Because again, they just arent THAT good.

Our family has been Wingstop devotees since around 2003. When my wife is pregnant it is a weekly stop for her otherwise we order out about every other week. Usually the family packs and only once in 12 years did I have a bad order (which was quickly replaced by the owner). The Kenosha store and staff are great, polite, and keep friendly and quick serviced. If you love wings the Kenosha Wingstop is a great place to go! Scott

Decent service. Not a bad place to dine in but I would recommend you order online or over the phone if your order carry out. Wait times can become long especially if theyre busy. Chicken cant be pulled early hence the long wait times. I personally think some of their sauces can be better quality for the price charge. The fries a different story. One word awesome!

Orderd 25.00 dollars worth of food for the fight!!! Asks for my wings well done! Got home and they were not well done! Called and they told me that they couldnt do anything and the owner did not want to take phone calls? Huh? Really! Never again will I order wings from this place and I will tell everyone I know about their poor customer service!! Rude

I found Wing Stop after I got fed up with the lousy service at the BW3 down the road. Quite honestly, the wings are much tastier/fresher. They have a nice selection of delicious sides (the seasoned fries are the best) and they make really great dinner rolls. The prices are more reasonable than BW3 as well especially if you go with a family pack.

I had a terrible experience! I ordered online, thinking it would be a quick and easy pick up. WRONG! I was charged for my full order...but didnt get it. When we called, they never said had made a mistake or never aplogized. I drove across town to pick up the rest of the order, again no empathy...not even a Thank You. Terrible customer service!!!

I always order all flats, and I had to call over the phone because of no internet for an hour. I came home, and my order was wrong! Not only that, but the parking was all taken and some jerk took two spots up in the front, and Im in a leg cast and cant walk far. Anyways Im upset, I told him he messed up my order, and they dont give a rats arse!

Overall I had great wings. I did the boneless and the portion sizes were very good. The atomic wings were really really hot. I ate one of the 5 I got and brought the rest home. The people were very nice and they do serve beer unlike one review stated. I will be returning to wingstop when I want some wings for sure!

Always friendly and helpful ordered 30 piece combo over thephone they said it would be 18 min until ready. I thought what an odd number so I put my stop watch on it and a matter of fact at 17 min they put my order in The bag I paid and out the door by 18 min . it was wonderful. Also they had Amazing fries as usual

Boneless wings are pretty good. The bbq wings I got were drenched in sauce (too much for my liking...), and they use a salgar seasoning mix on their fries which I am not a fan of (but you can order without seasoning).

The wings are great! I love the online ordering where you can puck your pickup time. The extra well done option is a plus, too. The Times I have been there it was steady, but no wait. Staff is friendly and efficient.

its got an airport/airplane thing going on.. but the wings have been consistent for 4 years for me. Atleast once a month :) Fries can be EXCELLENT! Just ask for them well done! Promise, makes a huge difference

Great wings! Great variety! They need to figure out how to expedite their online ordering. You order to get in and out quickly but then when you get there you still have to wait in line. Whats the point?

Good boneless wings... Bone-n are on the skimpy side.. long time to serve, our order was 20min and a little heavy on the spices. We were headed to Frank n dogs, found theyre oob... Whaaa

Tried it for the first time and the wings had way to much sauce on them and the fries were ok just to much salt. We will not be going back. We will stick to Buffalo Wild Wings.
