I went there three time i notice my bowl look empty compared to the black girl next in line they had to push her food down to put the lid on. I look over to a Spanish guy at the table his bowl was over flowing the sides. Mine "the white boy" looked half empty and i got a scoop of every side. This happen three times i just picked up on it this last time because i really dont look for things like this but this time it was to hard to ignore. I notice with every scoop he gave me he shook the spoon a little with her what ever hung on it went in the bowl. see yourself next time your there and please leave a review.

Food was ok.A little confusing to order-While I repeated myself 6,7,8 times saying "Chicken, Chicken, CHICKEN!!" watching the server pile steak on my taco-Then she says-oh-chicken-would you like me to make you another one-No-thats fine-Was a little upset when the charged me for the steak tho- Margaritas are a total JOKE! You ever see those Budweiser Lime-a-ritas? I never had one-but these tasted exactly like I feared they would- I felt like I just paid $7 for a can of margarita flavored beer!BLECK!! Worse to think Wal-Mart sells these for $1 a can!!! Whicj I would not waste my money on either!

I travel a lot for business and have eaten at Chipotle restaurants all over the country. The Middletown Chipotle restaurant is absolutely the worse Chipotle restaurant on a consistent basis. They repeatedly and I mean repeatedly forget to pack the items you purchase. They also knowingly skimp on the portions and pack the overpriced guacamole so the tiny cup looks full but is partially filled with air. I dub them the new Cheapotle Mexican Grill of Middletown!!!!! Skip the lines and drive to Jimmy Changas of Goshen

Just went to get an online order. This is the final time Im going. Theyve gotten our orders wrong every time. We got 2 kids meals that were completely different than what was ordered. And the 3rd one didnt have guac (which they always mention is extra- money wasted). Also, we got none of our drinks. This is probably the most right theyve gotten an order, and thats horrible. Im done bringing my business here.

I have been a big fan of Chipolte for a long time. I recently moved to Middletown and tried there local chipotles on several occasions and have been disappointed each time. food is cold rice is uncooked took a look in the kitchen and the floor was littered with food they had no Nachos and the staff was very un organized

Inappropriate rap music blasting to start with. They gave the smallest portions, the staff could not be bothered to ring me up, I had to ask for chips multiple times bc the Girl was so involved in her private conversation and then could not even be bothered to place them in the bag for me. Worst chipotle everever.

If giving its customers food poisoning wasnt bad enough they now have someone there who harasses every customer and forces a loyalty rewards program into their hand while they are in line trying to order. They are doing everything in their power to keep customers away.

Usually a good indicator of a fresh Chipotle is having fresh fajita veggies. More recently, theyve had nice fresh veggies that havent been sitting out for a while. Everything is fresh and rotates quickly. The staff gets you right in and out.
