Day: 4/29/16/Friday Time: 7:15-8:15pm Overall, this is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings Ive ever been too. We went on a Friday night at 7:30, so naturally it was very busy and we had to scream to even try to have a conversation. It took our waiter Patrick five minutes to approach us because he was also the barback that night. He was extremely rude throughout the meal and never asked us a single thing, only told. Example: "Ill give you a few more minutes to order", although we were ready to order. We both ordered burgers which took only about 10 minutes to come out, which was the best part of the night by far. After looking at the menu I decided to order the Cheese Curd Burger. When the burger arrived, it only had THREE small cheese curds on top of it, certainly not enough to call it a "cheese curd burger." After minutes of trying to flag down our waiter I asked if this was really what it was supposed to look like and he had said yes, but he would get me a few more. Without my knowledge a few moments later the General Manager came over to talk to us. I have worked in Pub and Grills for years now and I know what a burger should look like and that there is a certain thing called "truth in menu" meaning the picture in the menu (portion sizes, ingredients) should all be accurate. She promised me that there were 3 ounces of cheese curds on my burger however I know for a fact it was maybe two ounces if they were lucky. She was extremely rude as well, and never apologized for one thing. The first thing any person should do when there is a problem is at least say sorry, which we did not get any of. After a few more minutes she came out and dropped the extra cheese curds on our table without saying a word. After eating and waiting another five minutes for our empty waters to be filled, our waiter came back and took my girlfriends plate while there was still food on it without even asking or saying a word and was gone before we could even say anything to him. Overall the worst experience Ive had eating out anywhere lately. I would not recommend eating here because you will be disappointed. Terrible servers as well as upper management.

Have a gift certificate? Better use it all up in one visit. I had a $20.00 gift card to use there, only dined by myself for less than $10.00. No verbiage on gift card said it must be used all in same visit. I gave card to waiter and he didnt give anything back, saying "you had to spend it all in one visit and i threw it out." After much debate, the manager "did me a favor and offered a $5.00 gift certificate saying, "were not supposed to do this but..." . Okay jerk, wheres the other $5.00. I notified their corporate office and no response. Unreasonable Managerial staff. Food tasted of freezer-burn (I didnt say anything because of the gift card debacle). Decor is bar-theme, nothing great.

Like any buffalo wild wings, the food is usually very good. However, everytime I go here with my friends, the service is unbelievebly slow. It takes 5-10 minutes for a server to come to your table when the place is basically empty and then over 20 minutes when the place is packed. Also, the servers have some weird personalites. Goth/Emo girls are unpleasing to look at, fat guys are also questionable, and the intelligence of the servers is also sketchy. There is only one good waiter, and he only has one arm! Id give this Buffalo wild wings a C- and perfer the one in West Allis much better. Or else Hooters who actually have attractive servers.

I have been to several Buffalo Wild Wings before, and enjoyed all them.....except for this location. I didnt have an issue with the service as much as I had an issue with the obnoxious manager who kept running around cheering very loudly for a Chicago sports team. I reminded her that she was employed at a location in Wisconsin, and that many of her patrons were Wisconsin sports fans. She gave me a smart a$$ comment and walked away. She then continued hooting and hollering for her team like she was a patron rather than someone who is supposed to be working. Utterly unaccetable behavior from any employee, much less a manager.

So, I got there to pick-up my order... Something happened and it wasnt correct, things were missing. Okay a few extra minutes to wait, nothing to complain about. Manager is witnessing the fact that I didnt have my order right away and refunded me my entire order and had the items ready before the mistake remade fresh. Totally unexpected and surprised me and in a good way. Yeah they were wrong, but they corrected it immediately and went above and beyond. Thank you to the great management for providing customer service that was went above and beyond, especially when things could have been so much worse.

We frequent this place often as a sports bar since they have a lot of TVs and decent food. The servers are prompt and courteous and the food has always come hot. The room temperature is another story. We visited for the Packers/Giants game on Sunday night and had to leave at halftime because the dining room was terribly cold and drafty. When a request to the server to raise the temperature went unanswered, we packed up and left (pretty easy since we were all wearing our jackets already!).

Nacho chips were mostly cracked. Tried to order some fantasy draft sampler thing they had a picture of on the table then I was told thats only for draft parties (really tiny print on the picture says that) 10 min later but they put my daughters food order in. Great shell be done eating before me, she can feed herself its not like I spoon feed her and my stuff gets cold shes 4. So after shes done my food came of course. Whats it take to have a "draft" party anyway?

Idk what is up w this place but they forgot a whole bottle of sauce for us & when we went back to get it our son got ice cream to go with Carmel & choc sauce....they gave him THAI CURRY & HONEY BBQ!!! This is ridiculous!! They cant seem to get it together for anything...u would think they would be sure to get it right after getting the first stuff wrong! New location for sure!

Good Food, Horrible Manager, Bad Service. We have eaten here several times. We also carry out a lot. Every time we deal with the manager he is completely rude. He acts like your bothering him by buying food from him. He doesnt say hello or thank you. The service reflects his poor management. The food is fine, like any BWW, but the service is AWFUL.

Im going to agree with all the other reviews...service is poor. I was put on hold for 6 minutes with no one picking back up...call again...HOLD. No one picked up again. By that time I had already arrived. There not even busy. Why I was on forever hold no one will ever know! Using the West Allis location from now on :)

This place is one of the best bar/grill style restaurants around.... it is a great place to just go sit and hang out. My friends and I often go there after a movie or for a late night snack. As a teen this a fun enviroment for anyone. And the food is great as well.... got to love the 60 cents boneless wings... um um!
