Good chicken. As others have stated, this place is part of the chain to Hanger in Amherst. The Hanger is a 5 star place for sure. Wings over springfield is a step down from the hanger in both atmosphere and food. Ive eaten there 3 times in-restaurant, countless times for takeout, (Attend WNEC.) Hanger has amazing bar, great beer selection, awesome everything. Wings over Springfield has a poor atmosphere, and the food is a step down. Ill still get takeout/delivery, but the people there have bad service, generally slow, and rude.But the food is still in the good category. Ill spend my time and money at the Hanger, and when i need wings, I dont mind getting takeout here.

Its a shame that we walked in and a sign said seat yourself, so we did. We arrived at 7:30pm on 1/26/17. We were looking at the menu there was a total of 3 tables full which included our table. The waitress proceeded to the table next to ours and gave the person their bill. She notice us sitting there. We are patiently waiting. Its already 7:50 I noticed another couple in she serves the beer... ok maybe she will to us after all we have been sitting there for 20 minutes with no service at all.. nope she proceeded to take he couples order that just walks in... yup I walked out at 7:56pm.. very disappointed...

Extremely bad service. Being a current General Manager for a Restraunt makes me ashamed of the poor customer service that wings over springfield seems to have. Placed an order for delivery, about an hour later called back and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Then the lady hung up, i called again. The second time i just simply told her to void the order because i did not want to wait any longer and she hung up again. A business cannot be run without properly trained staffed. Will never go here again and will tell everyone i know and who reads this not to come here again.

Ive never had a bad experience from ordering through here. Me and my family have been doing so for about three or four years now. Maybe its because we tip well and dont complain often. The couple of times I have complained were of things like missing dressing or a salad short of chicken. They do their best to resolve the problem. Even if the driver drives back to drop off one dressing (I feel terrible about that because their dressing has a distinct taste) I give him an additional tip. I would recommend this place.

Honestly the best place for wings in the area, great selection of sauces and sizes are available. They use real white meat chicken in their boneless wings not some shred up stuff or dark meat, the wings are huge. Their dipping sauces are super good so sometimes ill ask for extras to take home and use with whatever veggies I have. If you sit down and eat there youll find the restaurant is very clean and the waitstaff is extremely friendly. Definitely would recommend to anyone!!!

Awesome spot to get food. You cant beat the chicken at wings over and the amount of flavors is awesome. This location has a good amount to sit and a few TVs to watch. We went the other day around dinner time and got our food real quick. The service was fast and nice. Place was really clean. And..... They serve beer

Had a great experience, wings were great. The fountain soda dispenser wasnt working which wasnt a big deal. So we had to get canned soda. The girl that servered us was mad cute. She was the one with the glasses. (Who ever the manager is should give her a raise!)

Love the wings from here, onion rings are great too. French fries... could be crispier. Only once have they messed up my delivery phone order (honey mustard instead of honey bbq, but they fixed it and delivered the correct order)

Ive ordered from them about 3 times and my order has never been complete - no sauce, no soda or missing wings. In 2 occasions the fries were burnt. Not sure whats the problem but I wont be doing business with them anymore.

Food got to us fast, too fast. Food must have already been cooked and sitting around because the chicken was not even lukewarm and the fries were cold. Heard this place was good but I was disappointed. Wont be back.
