I am writing this as I am sitting here in the dining room of Wingstop. I had a feeling something was going to be sub par the moment I walked in and ordered with the not-so-welcoming employee. I was able to let that slide. My girlfriend and I sat towards to middle of the dining area, right around from the window that the food comes out at. After waiting 15-20 minutes for the food to be ready (which wasnt even an issue with us), a guest who was sitting closer towards the front of the restaurant got our attention and told us that he thinks our food is sitting there. Really?! The employee sat our food out and didnt bother getting our attention?? Who knows how long we would have waited if the other guest didnt let us know. Its a shame that an employee like that is the face of a company that we enjoy eating at... well, time to eat my food. Food, A+, service.... not so much

Wow now I understand the bad reviews for poor customer service. Placed my order online for $53.00 to pick up at the store. I literally live across the street. I then received a call from then saying I had to pay first before they would make my order (no big deal) no place on the web site does it say anything about pay for it a head of time, it actually has 2 option pay now or at store. Then they proceeded to argue with me say all customers lie to them and either I come in and pay or they wont make my order. I just want to pay cash when I picked up and didnt want to wait forever like the other reviews stated. I guess the other reviews where correct about customer service. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt............

we not greater when we walked in, rude service while ordering & to top it off, the lady just put the food on the counter and never even called our name for the order. The table we were sitting at, we didnt have a clear view so it took another customer sitting down and eating to tell us that our food was just placed on the counter and had been sitting there for awhile. My biggest pet peeve is rude customer service & the ladies at this location hit rude right on the head!

This place is great. Only been there a couple of times but the service was good and the wings were delicious. One of the staff even gave us a jump once when our car battery died in the parking lot. The only bad thing is that they dont pay for NFL Sunday Ticket so they dont play every game but other than that, Im starting to think I like Wingstop more than I like Buffalo Wild Wings. The wing flavors taste better and the prices are better too!

Was introduced to the place around 7 month ago, I was very pleased with the food and the customer service I became a regular showing up around every other week. However since then the service has took a turn for the worst from the service skills to the simply getting the order right. It is safe to say I will no longer be a regular.

Chicken took forever to come out. And on top of that is wasnt even hot when we got it. Luke-warm. Almost cold. Restaurant ridiculously cold temperature. Fries were good though, however also served luke-warm. Service was below average.

The boneless wings were disappointing. Not burnt, but definitely overcooked, hard and dry. Not worth the price. The staff was wonderfully friendly.

Love it, this is my favorite place to go for food. If you have never been there, Id suggest try I g their bbq wings first with their fries.
