Todays service sucked, placed my order and waited a good 20 so minutes. People kept coming in after me placing their orders and getting their food before me. Someone placed my order on the damn counter without calling my name before placing it there. Got home and my dame fries were cold. I called them and they replaced my order now my fries are not ever cooked right. My goodness that manger sucks. Usually the service and food is good but not for me today.

Very rude telephone sercive! Hung up on when i wanted to add something else to my order and she over charged me for my oreder. I guess instagram or snapchat was giving out jobs at the moment... However, she just costed these guys a poor rating and a first time customer which potentially couldve been long term. So sad for this wingstop

Awesome customer service! Wings are fantastically crisp, sauced, perfect and hot. Great flavor on all wings (even those that werent sauced) and fries were crisp and not over seasoned. Best Wingstop in Chicago hands-down!! The only location I go to when craving Wingstop! Keep up the great service guys!

ATTENTION ALL! Menu for Archer Ave website is invalid. Just had a conversation with management and apparently, regardless of the website, pricing could not be honored. He showed no empathy and was not willing to honor the pricing. Very bad customer service and I will not be returning.

This is a great wingstop location. I can get way too much food for only $10, the fries are amazing, the staff is cool and never leave us with any order issues, wait time is low considering the guest-to-worker ratio, the place is kept clean, and the food is always delicious.
