Every time I have went here they have given me horrible food. Then once you tell them your foods not right the only thing they say is sorry My chicken was to be well done but was soft and soggy. So I ask them to drop it for well done they let the cashier drop my food and then she mix all the flavors together and then re gave it to me and puts differ flavor on the chicken.and the general manager Mario is horrible rude they said they will replace a previous order but they didnt keep there word . I will never go back I only went back because the chick who claims to be the assistant general manager sAid he fired all the old workers and they now have new cooks and better ppl clearly she lied you go there u gone regret it

I ordered online. By the time I got there my food was ready. So I went to go grab my drinks and come back. By the time I went to and from the pop machine the girl had set my food on the counter in front of another customer that was waiting and didnt clarify that it was my food or whos food it was. So I went and stood at the counter with my drinks and the girl says to me didnt you grab your food it was sitting right here. I said no if I had my food I wouldnt be standing here I think the lady that was up here might have taken it if you set it on the counter. Sure enough she took it and had to wait an additional 20+ minutes for new food.

The normal wings are okay. The boneless wings were mediocre. I had barbecue and mango habanero and the mango habanero was way too hot. I used my coupon for free fries and the fries were the worst Ive ever had in my life. They tasted like old grease and regret. How do you mess up fried potatoes?

Food is okay fries are soggy and seems like old grease is used since my fries were dark brown color. Service always sucks. They always mess up my order and they always tell me they dont take any coupons even if their name and address is on it they always give me a hard time.

Best fries and they give you plenty. I wish they had lids for the beverages though. You have to try the garlic parmesan wings.
