I went to this location twice now, and I will never go back. It is primarily due to the girl working at the counter. I believe her name is Luvett. 1st visit- I went in to order food. She never smiled at all, and she barely said two words during the entire interaction. I even tried to make small talk, but she had the same apathetic attitude. 2nd visit- I called at 6 pm to place an order that I would then pick up at 7pm. I showed up to pick up my food at 7pm, and the same girl was working with the same awful customer service. She told me my total and said my food would be up in a few minutes. She then went and sat in the corner. After waiting for 30 minutes for my food the cook came out to ask me if I had ordered. I gave him my name, and he called Luvette over. He said he had no order for me. All she said was "I rang him up" At this point I told her I did not have time to wait for them to make a new order. I told her I just wanted a refund. She did not even apologize or try to make it right. She just started to process the return. The gentleman who was making the wings at least offered to make me some extra wings free of charge. Unfortunately I did not have the time to wait on a new order. It is due to the girl working the counter and her terrible customer service and work ethic that I will not bring my business to this location anymore. If management wants to stay in business they need to deal with her.

Well let me start by this as I walk in they had the cash register jammed and the cashier didnt know what she was doing. As I stood there for five minutes finally an employee comes in who looks like went to starbucks or something had finally fixed it. We placed our order and are sitting there for 30 minutes for boneless wings that only take 5 minutes to cook and two minutes for frys. We watched 3 people get there orders and leave that ordered after us and when I finally go up to ask where my order was the guy with dreads about 6 ft laughed and made a joke about it to the customer he was now taking care of km the register. There is no organization they almost Gave my order to another customer and should not even be open need a whole new staff. They had boxes all over in the back the tables to eat at were all dirty and bathrooms were filthy. Hence I went in around 7:50 and didnt end up getting my food unsatisfied at 8:35 other wingstops Ive been to were OK this one was absolutely horrible.

This is the 3rd time I have eaten from here....the first time I had parmesan-garlic boneless, they were so greasy and overcooked, it was horrible!! 2nd time, same flavor, but bone-in, same thing, extremely overcooked and sitting in a POOL of grease!! Now heres the 3rd time and this time, teriyaki and lemon pepper, theres not even any grease associated with these flavors, yet, still swimming in a pool of grease!! Fries floppy, greasy, gross!! I am done!! Im a firm believer in 2nd chances...you guys got a 3rd outta me....never again!! Wanted to demand my money back but had no choice but to eat the parts not in the pool! So disappointed, I am a wing fanatic, but not here!!!

The food was good. The waiting time was longer than typical fast food restaurants, but since the food is good its worth the wait. They have many TV screens and high chairs which provide somewhat a bar vibe, but I dont remember seeing the list of alcohol drinks for sale. I ordered 10 wings two flavors, Louisiana rub, and lime and pepper. I came here the day after Christmas Dec 26 and didnt have any bad experience with the staff as others did. They have three employees, one taking order and two were cooking. I wish the service could be faster though. I had to wait for 15 mins or so for my order.

They refuse to accept anything larger than a $20 bill. Been coming here for 3 years, service is inconsistent and orders are often wrong, we have incorrectly gotten boneless wings on several occasions. There is one guy that runs the fryers that knows how to do his job and seemingly everyone elses too, and I hope every time he is the only one we have to deal with, everyone else seems to be pretty incompetent. At least the food is pretty all right, have only gotten overcooked fries a very few times, and the sauces on the side I ask for are always right.

They are incompetent...I work in fast food myself and I had too many bad experiences here. This time they wouldnt take my order because the computer was down. Instead of getting my order in to start cooking (then charge me later while the 20 minute wings cook) so the other employee could fix the registers, the employees stood in front watching the other employee struggle and laughing. So in total Im waiting almost an hour for my food. The last time I was here the employee was too busy on his phone to understand what I was ordering.

Have been there a few times and they hate any questions you ask, if they ask you a question and you dont answer correctly or in as fast as they hoped they will repeat the question louder and in a horrible tone. Wait time is really long. Also if your reading this tonight try giving them a call they will answer put you on hold and hang up or they will reject the call all together, called four times same thing every time. Its Its mainly the night crew thats rude morning staff is a decent bunch and superior service.

Had the parmesan garlic bone in take out. Worst wings i have ever had, dried out as if cooked twice, very greasy small and dark looking. I called to let them know to tell the cook he or she is over cooking. I have had the same from 159 th and Harlem twice they were excellent. The man on the phone said ok maybe they would figure it out in the future thanks for letting us know. Fries were good. Not worth the 13.00 I paid. If you want wings go to the tinley location

TERRIBLE WINGS!!! We dined in and got over cooked dried out wings. So we told one of the cooks and he took them back and made us some fresh wings and although the were much better than the 1st batch they were very tiny and drenched in sauce and several of them broke in half when we were eating them. And Ive been told before when that happens its because their old wings. Not at all worth the price I paid. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered ToGo Wings Earlier Today & They Didnt Even Ask Or Put Any Sauce (Ranch) In My To Go Bag.. Nor Did They Put The Lemon Pepper On the Side That I Also Ordered. & When You Order To Go Food Anywhere , Im Pretty Sure They Are Supposed To Put Atleast To Go Forks & Napkins In The Bag. ON TOP Of That , They Were Really Rude When I Called To Order My Food. Need To Improve Their Staff 100%
