So prior to this day we have experienced soggy lettuce for the salads on one occasion..... Take out I was waiting 30-40 min past the time I was given on another occasion and I take the order home and there is nothing but plain wings in the container even tho the receipt said honey bbq. After that we said were not going to that location anymore (West Allis). This past experience 4-23-17 was a "this is whats closest" kind of things due to running errands plus there wasnt many people so we thought without a big rush of people it might be a better experience....WRONG! . It started out fine but when we placed our order, we also stated that we wanted some wings to go. This older dude who wasnt our server came to the table with the wings to go before we even got our meal to eat there. Then he said well Ill just put them in the heat box for you until your ready. So we said no we dont want it in the heat box we would like fresh wings when we leave. So they "remade" the order for when we were departing. I get home look inside of the large order ($20) of wings and the container is half full. We have had nothing but bad service from them every time we go. New Berlin is the next location to try cuz West Allis is not getting my money anymore.

Just terrible service. The girls are always nice, but the kitchen takes so long you would think they are waiting for the chickens to hatch in the back. I work near here so I go once every couple weeks. In the last 5 times Ive been to this location, Ive had my food take so long that the manager took care of our bill, I figured out I was over charged by checking my credit card bill, watched a cook walk out the front doors light up a cigarette and start screaming at someone on his cell phone, and the other 2 times the food has taken so long the waitress kept coming back to the table and apologizing. Management really needs to take a long hard look at this broken restaurant. Im done going to this location.

Ordered online. Specified sauce on side and potatoe wedges instead of fries. Paid EXTRA for the wedges instead. Got there and received fries and sauce on the wings. Brought this up to Dulce (management apparently) who stated "You ordered all of this incorrectly and if you want it remade, you have to pay for it" in a very snarky tone. Did not realize me paying extra for a different side is me ordering incorrectly. The sauce thing, fine, I could let that go. But something I paid EXTRA for and I am not even getting it? Not coming back to this location.

Ive always loved the environment of a BW3s, but the lunch service at this particular location leaves a little to be desired. They frequently forget "little things" like the sauce you ordered or napkins. Generally when weve gone its been fairly slow in the restaurant, and this forgetfulness has been recurring. The "hows everything taste?" checkup has also occurred too far into the meal to really be able to do anything about it. Despite this, Ill still continue to return for the awesome atmosphere.

The asparagus dip with pita chips was good, but seems like there wasnt much dip in the cup. The wings were normal. The service was ok. The only thing I had a problem with was we were seated right next to the waitress booth when the place was empty. Then, the waitress decided to sweep the corner we were sitting in and ended up hitting our seat with the broom multiple times. But what youd expect from a BWW.

I have ordered online to this location several times, and I dont think theyve ever correctly made my order on the first attempt. Apparently sauce on the side and extra orders of ranch are beyond their capabilities. Incorrect sauce flavors and missing side items are the norm here. I believe they are short staffed, which might explain the lackluster service.

Ordered garlic and parm wings,looks like they just baked them and threw some Italian sauce over them,they were undercooked with blood on the bone and the were super slimy.I lost my appetite,and why are the wings so big?when bbw started the wings were nice and crunchy and medium sized...I will not be going back here again.wingstop has you guys beat by 300%

Theyve simply got my order wrong too many times to ignore. Its like the people working there dont care at all what makes its way to the paying customer. Tonight is the last time, not only was the chicken overcooked to the point where I didnt even eat it they forgot part of my order Again. I will never give them my business again.

Bartenders are the best at this location! Friendly, good at knowing when to have a conversation and when to let you do your own thing. Make sure you are cared for and food is to your liking and ordered right. A good staff like this is hard to find, so enjoy this location if you are in the neighborhood.

Ordered food online. When we picked up our food it looked like it had been sitting out for an hour before we arrived. Everything was cold and hard. We told the manager and the Manger did not seem to care. My boyfriend and I will never eat from here again. We wasted $30 on their nasty food.

I get take out wings from here, and the sauces they have make my mouth water. I go here on Tuesdays to take advantage of the $.60 per traditional wing deal. They have the same deal on Thursdays for boneless wings. My favorite flavors are medium and buffalo.

Unnecessarily loud (kitchen staff yelling). I cant vouch for the wings other than to say the boneless ones are disappointing. The burgers seem decent if not a bit underwhelming. If you like crowded places to watch sports, this may be right up your alley.

I ordered my food online before picking it up. I specified time for pickup. When I arrived, I still had to wait like 15 minutes for my food. I thought the purpose of ordering prior was for less wait time. My food was also kind of cold. I dont get that.

I go to the West Allis BWW about once a month, mainly due to consistant service, food and an overall welcoming atmosphere. Staff is always friendly here and fun place to watch Brewers, Bucks games midweek without having to stand.

There was very little chicken inside the boneless wings. The breading was thick and tough to chew. Also ordered fries with cheese. They were cold and the cheese molded nearly the entire serving together. Very disappointed.

Koop sets the standard for custard. Each day there is a new flavor, but dont forget Vanilla and Chocolate; they are the best. The burger are good and you have to order the onion rings!

Standard experience for the chain, great selection of sauces and good boneless wings. Traditional wings at other places are better than those served at Buffalo Wild Wings.

After getting turned down at Mayfair Rd Buffalo Wild Wings came to this one and they had very good customer service and the staff was very polite will be back to visit
