Our visit was for Mothers Day dinner...I should have just stayed home and cooked for my family. I ordered the Ultimate Feast and my husband the Broiled Flounder. He said the Flounder tasted like Altoona lake bottom feeders but my meal was very good. We ordered an appetizer which we never did get. My 2 yo had to ask the waitress where her chocolate milk was...both of our kids finally got their drinks half way through their meal. The waitress told me Happy Mothers Day twice and seemed to think it was funny that my kids were acting up as she was laughing at them while I was trying to make them mind. She hung around here and there while we ate which was very uncomfortable: asking questions when we were trying to have family time, duh! She picked up 2 napkins that my daughter dropped on the floor and put them BACK ON OUR TABLE! GROSS! Where is the common sense? Not very common apparently. Our bill came to $53.51 which she asked us to pay 3 times before we left while we were eating. If I would have had exact change, that is exactly what she would have gotten- but since it was obvious she wanted us to leave so she could go home, she got a whopping $1.49 tip. Word of advise to ppl in the customer service industry...[T]ips [I]nsure [P]roper [S]ervice. My son has been going there since he was born...for almost 6 years now. Seafood is his favorite. Will we go back? Probably not...and not if we have that waitress providing service! However, on a positive note, my food was very good.

Endless Shrimp...... Now over, but yeah....... Go. Good food, acceptable but not fantastic prices. Great service 90% of the time. Great atmosphere, etc. Had one bad waitress. I asked her for some biscuits to take home. She replies she is only allowed to send 6, any more, she has to charge. Problem is, when I asked why there was only 4 in the bag she promptly walks over to my table and takes the two old biscuits out of the napkin/tray on the table and loudly explains that I already have these old 2 and that makes 6. She seriously had to make a scene over 2 biscuits, 2 biscuits I had forgotten were even at the table. Otherwise, dozens of visits, one bad time. I will go back.

We had a large party of 11, so we called ahead at 3 pm and made a "reservation" based on their recommendation for 6:30. We arrived at 6:30 and it didnt get seated until 7:20. It was very frustrating, and the service was strange once were seated. For example, they refilled our water (each time) by pouring from a pitcher two feet above the glass, which splashed ice and water all over the table. Youd think they would learn to refill close to the glass to avoid this. They also failed to remove all empty plates and menus from the table...just weirdly lackadaisical. The food was good, though.

A fantastic staff for dinner and lunch. I have never had a bad experience at the Eau Claire Red Lobster. The food is always as one would expect, you order surf and turf, and you receive a prepaired steak with seafood seasoned as described and all sides and deserts to follow leave you with a strong urge to compliment the chef. To sum it all up, Im proud to say that our red lobster lives up to the reputation of perfection.

Me and my mom went here and it was horrible, I love lobster and they almost ruined it for me. I got the lobster and crab legs and both were very disgusting, my mom got the fish and it was over cooked, our waiter was horrible, I was telling him how bad the lobster was and he told me that, that happens sometimes. It shouldnt happen sometimes if youre paying that kind of money for it. I will NEVER go there again.

We were celebrating our 7 year anniversary and was looking forward to a great lunch. Although the food was good, our service was VERY SLOW. The people who were seated after us were done before we had our main meal. They were out of our of fresh fish which was quite upsetting and the grilled skewered shrimp was warm with cold sauce added. All in all, it wasnt bad but the service could have been quicker.

Great staff, your typical Red Lobster food nothing exceptional have had better seafood for a lot less money. Usually they have good food but was disappointed with the lobsterfest food was blah the best part of the meal was my broccoli the lobster tail had no taste to it, & the crabmeat stuffed rock lobster looked and tasted like thanksgiving stuffing with to much sage.

Brought us food meant for another table, then messed up my order so I had to wait for them to redo it. The waitress forgot to refill my drink, we had to ask for extra butter twice, then she forgot to bring us more biscuits. She brought the slip to sign but didnt bring the credit card back. We had to ask for it. It took her forever to go get it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Food was great, appetizers came quickly. Not sure I like the lobster, but it was first time trying it. Crab was amazing and I could barely stop eating. Battered shrimp and the scampi we just as good. Only con was that I was unable to eat it all. Would recommend to friends.

It was a bit of a wait but this is the closest red lobster in the area so I cant blame them. Next time Id probably call ahead and either reserve or make sure it isnt as busy. The food was amazing per usual and the staff was very welcoming and accomidating.

We visited red lobster after hating the experience in Duluth. We had a waiter named Shay and he was very nice and reasonable. He didnt give us problems like every waiter at the red lobster in Duluth does.

We go to Red Lobster probably 2 per year depending. But it seems everytime we go, the portions get smaller.The food is wonderful but the price is high, which if fine with you have a generous portion.

Mussels were great! Everyone thought I was taking a big chance ordering that kind of seafood in the Midwest, but they were delicious. I loved the sauce, just wanted to soak it all up with the bread.

The appetizer and desert where the best I had ever had. I will be coming back just for these! The staff was all friendly and the food came incredibly quick, almost too quick.

Doesnt get any better than crab legs and lobster!!! Funny as can be that the hubby comes with and orders chicken..but as long as I get my crab legs I dont mind what eats...

The service has been slow the last 2 times we ate here. The food was excellent. It was endless shrimp and that seems to slow everything down. Server was awesome.

Their food is consistently very salty. Sometimes I have had to return the crab legs because theyre just not edible. The servers are friendly.
