I placed a to-go order with the manager on at the time. I was told my order would be ready within 15 minutes and would include 4-5 biscuits. I arrived 20 minutes after placing the order and went directly to the bar to be cashed out. I waited 10 minutes and was passed by 7 different employees before asking the hostess for attention. An employee then came who appeared to be inbetween clocking out to impatiently confirm my order, place my change on the counter instead of my open palm, and then come back to hand me my to-go order. I made sure to check it before I left and found zero biscuits when I turned to ask her about if the meal actually did come with biscuits she said it would take 7 minutes. I decided to wait in their messy dining area with several tables in need of bussing. While I waited a waitress passed by who was clearly annoyed with one of her tables and made the audible comment with sarcasm, "Well youre a treat". This was my first and last visit to this location.

Rave! The service my family and I received yesterday was hands down, the best waitress Ive ever had! I wish I had paid closer attention to her name, Katie? I believe. My young brother ordered a whole lobster and had no idea how to eat it. She went in the back, got some gloves and an extra plate and a serving tray. She stood next to our table for probably 5-10 minutes getting the meat out of the lobster for him. Then when my son didnt like his shrimp she brought him a new plate of food all together. Ill absolutely go back again and again!

I definetly love their biscuits! The overall experience at this Red Lobster was pretty good. I got a good deal with the make your own lunch deal for 10.99 which included two entrees and a side. I got five shrimp, and the fish. The shrimp was disappointing, because I though I would get more, but it did taste pretty good. The fish, (haddock) was good, but seemed too bland for me. Overall the service was good and the wait wasnt to long, so I would recommend it to most people who like seafood.

I witness the bar tender take a dirty glass, and pour out the old ice and fruit, then put fresh ice and a cocktail into it to give to a different customer. I told the manager, and he questioned me as if I made it up. Unbelievable! This place went from one of my favorite to worst. Theres no way I could return to a place that condones by behaviors of these kind.

Worst service I have ever experienced! We waited over an hour for our meals after ordering and then we had to send them back because some things were cold and others undercooked. The second meals were no better with most of the items partially cooked. This was an extreme case of what has been on-going problems with this location.

Had a takeout order and they accidentally missed an entree. Simply called and went back to pick it up, and gave me a $10 gift card and dessert to go for the mistake without me even asking! Thats what I call great customer service. Well done Waterloo red lobster!

The only reason this place isnt getting one star is because I really dont hate anything. The food is subpar every time I go, which in full disclosure, is only once a year. The last waiter I had was sniffling at our table and wiping his nose with his hands. Ick!

Of course the rolls were fantastic...but so were the pecan sweet potatoes and the green beans and tomatoes...which were surprisingly sweet.
